We are ready to consider ensuring the security of elections in Ukraine, including at least refraining from strikes deep inside its territory.

Power in Ukraine must become legitimate, and without holding elections this is impossible.

Russia will demand that Ukrainians living on Russian territory be able to vote within the Russian Federation.

Texas is an invaded territory. It wasn't sold; it was invaded — the same goes for California and the entire southern United States.

There, a Latin American president can't say, "Give it back. They stole it from us." But Trump can say that about Venezuelan oil: "Give it back because they stole it from me." How so?

I say, let's make a pact. They give us back what they took from us and what they think "we've taken from them," even though we haven't taken anything from them.

So let's go to the negotiating table, through dialogue and on equal terms, not with missiles aimed at the poor.

From Mount Qasioun, I congratulate you on the lifting of sanctions on Syria. Today marks the first day of a Syria free from sanctions, thanks to God and to your patience and sacrifices over 14 years.

Deep gratitude to all who endured hardship, displacement, and loss, and to the martyrs whose sacrifices led us to this moment. This victory is crowned by the complete removal of restrictions on Syria.

I extend sincere thanks to President Donald Trump, members of the U.S. Congress, and to President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Prince Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, and all Arab, Islamic, and European countries that supported the Syrian people.
