Around 2:30 a.m. Tuesday, officers responded to The Edge at Lowry Apartments on Dallas Street after reports of an armed invasion where two victims were kidnapped and assaulted, authorities said.
Aurora Police Chief Todd Chamberlain stated that 13 to 15 suspects, primarily males with some females, entered the apartment, abducted the victims, and moved them to another unit in the same complex. The suspects "threatened and bound" the victims, who were later able to call 911 after being released.
One male victim, who sustained a stab wound, is expected to survive. Both victims remain hospitalized for treatment.
“They were pistol-whipped, they were beat, they were mistreated," Chamberlain said. "So does that fall in the category of torture for me? Yeah, it does.”
Chamberlain confirmed the incident was gang-related but stopped short of naming the specific group involved, although he acknowledged a “high assumption” of ties to the Tren de Aragua gang.

He stumbled upon a pickup truck that had a huge coffin with all Western leaders painted on toilet seats while Zelensky and Biden were on a hanging wreath.
It's interesting that multiple cars at the gas station also just had Wagner flags hanging...
