Доступен выпуск проекта Nuitka 4.0, развивающего компилятор для трансляции скриптов на языке Python в представление на языке C, которое затем можно скомпилировать в исполняемый файл, использующий libpython для обеспечения максимальной совместимости с CPython (используются штатные средства CPython для управления объектами). Обеспечена полная совместимость с актуальными выпусками Python 2.6, 2.7, 3.4 - 3.13. По сравнению с CPython скомпилированные скрипты демонстрируют в тестах pystone повышение производительности на 335%. Код проекта распространяется под лицензией Apache.

ONLYOFFICE признан несовместимым с AGPLv3

15 апреля Фонд СПО признал лицензию ONLYOFFICE несовместимой с лицензией AGPLv3. Поводом для разбирательства послужил конфликт вокруг проекта Euro-Office - европейского форка пакета ONLYOFFICE. В марте 2026 года создатели Euro-Office удалили из лицензии AGPLv3 некоторые дополнительные пункты, которые ONLYOFFICE добавил в 2021 году. Эти пункты, в частности, требовали от всех производных продуктов сохранять оригинальный логотип ONLYOFFICE. Разработчики ONLYOFFICE посчитали, что удаление этих требований является нарушением лицензии, и пригрозили судебными исками.Юрист Фонда СПО Кшиштоф Севич (Krzysztof Siewicz) выступил с официальным разъяснением, встав на сторону Euro-Office. Он заявил, что дополнительные требования ONLYOFFICE выходят за рамки, разрешенные AGPLv3.Хотя раздел 7(b) AGPLv3 допускает добавление требований об указании авторства, Фонд СПО считает, что логотип является элементом товарного знака и бренда, а не относится к упоминанию автора. Требование его сохранения — это недопустимое «дополнительное ограничение».Ключевым аргументом фонда является раздел 7 лицензии AGPLv3, который предоставляет пользователям право удалять любые ограничения, внесённые сверх условий, определенных в разделах 7(a)-7(f). Действия создателей Euro-Office абсолютно легальны.Фонд СПО подчеркивает, что если проект хочет добавить свои собственные условия, он может создать на основе AGPL собственную лицензию. Однако в таком случае запрещается называть ее «AGPL», так как это вводит пользователей в заблуждение относительно их реальных прав.Фонд СПО призвал компанию ONLYOFFICE публично и недвусмысленно заявить, что их программное обеспечение распространяется под стандартной лицензией AGPLv3, и подтвердить право всех пользователей удалять любые «дополнительные ограничения» из полученных копий. В браузерном движке Gecko выявлена уязвимость (CVE-2026-6770), позволяющая формировать уникальные идентификаторы для отслеживания открытия из одного браузера разных сайтов. Проблема проявляется во всех браузерах на основе Firefox, включая Tor Browser, и работает даже в режиме приватного просмотра. Идентификаторы действуют в рамках текущего процесса браузера и сбрасываются после перезапуска браузера. Уязвимость устранена в выпусках Firefox 150/140.10.0 и Tor Browser 15.0.10.
