Microsoft 365 Business: Exchange Online mailbox quota rises to 100 GB
Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Business Standard, and Business Premium now include an extra 50 GB of primary Exchange Online mailbox storage, raising the supported limit from 50 GB to 100 GB. The primary mailbox is the user's active inbox, calendar, and contacts. Microsoft delivers the increase as a licensing change through a new service plan, a named capability inside the product license, rather than as a new mailbox type. The packaging rollout started in June 2026 and continues through September 2026. You should verify the result per user, because not every mailbox in a tenant receives the extra quota at the same time.

Postcard is a new email client for GNOME, built with AI
Postcard is a new email client for GNOME that has echoes of Geary. The app is the work of a solo developer, gxanshu on GitHub, who is upfront about using AI coding tools to bring his “modern mail client” to life. Postcard is built in Python with GTK4/libadwait. It uses imaplib and smtplib for networking, a local SQLite index for searching, WebKitGTK for rendering HTML and libsecret for keeping passwords safe. Postcard will look familiar to fans of Geary, another GTK email client, as it uses a similar multi-column design with folder in a (resizable) sidebar on the left, a message list […]

Agentforce gains interest but still brings Salesforce partners no revenue
Two years after Salesforce launched Agentforce, its partners report growing customer curiosity but no meaningful revenue from the AI platform. Salesforce partners are consulting firms, technology providers, resellers, and implementation specialists that help customers adopt Salesforce products. A TD Cowen survey found that early trials and buying activity have not yet turned Agentforce into a source of partner bookings, challenging Salesforce’s claims that demand is accelerating.

MCP roadmap targets agent identity, event-driven agents, and smarter tool discovery
The new Model Context Protocol (MCP) roadmap shifts attention from the recently released stateless architecture to the next problems of running AI agents at scale: server-initiated events, agent identity, progressive tool discovery, and clearer tool results. It builds on MCP’s stateless 2026-07-28 release, which removed protocol-level sessions and made remote MCP servers easier to operate behind standard HTTP infrastructure.
