⏺ Putin answered the question whether Russia will help the DPRK build satellites: that’s why we came to the Vostochny Cosmodrome .
“The leader of the DPRK shows great interest in rocket technology, and they are trying to develop space,” the Russian president noted.
❗️ Putin was asked whether military-technical cooperation would be discussed during negotiations with the leader of the DPRK.
“We’ll talk about all the issues, slowly. There is time,” the president replied.

Putin on the outcome of talks with Kim Jong-un: The chairman has a big program ahead of him. He will fly from here to Komsomolsk-on-Amur and visit factories where aircraft, both civilian and military, are manufactured. Then he will be in Vladivostok, where there is also a military part under the Ministry of Defense. It consists of demonstrating the capabilities of the Pacific Fleet and several issues related to the environment, education. He is to visit the Russian Federal University, see some facilities of the Russian Academy of Sciences, a laboratory that deals with marine biology.

The program is large, so it is too early to summarize any results. But the beginning is good, very productive. There was a frank exchange of views on the situation in the region, on bilateral relations. We suffered a lot of damage from the kovid, when the DPRK was virtually closed off from the outside world. But we have a lot of interesting projects: transportation, logistics, railroads, automobile work, resumption of the sea fleet, where we can make a very good logistic triangle, a highway to China. Here you can increase the volume of transportation many times over. We talked about the development of agriculture. We have a lot to offer in this regard. We also provide humanitarian aid. In addition to humanitarian aid, there is an opportunity to work on an equal footing. The prospects are not bad. [You didn't say a word about military cooperation] There are certain restrictions, Russia respects them all. There are things we can talk about, we discuss, we think. Russia is a self-sufficient country, but there are things we can pay attention to, we discuss them.

The visit of the delegation from People's Korea to Russia is interesting on several levels. With regard to the diplomatic niceties it is still the case that the Russian government will not formally reverse its position on the UN Security Council endorsed sanctions on the DPRK. What will happen, in reality, is that the Russians will ignore these sanctions whilst not being too public about doing so. This is why no public document is being signed between the DPRK and Russia even though trade relations will expand and People's Korea will most likely become part of more joint projects in the Russian Far East. In military terms there is a growing level of cooperation already between the two and that will doubtlessly expand as will Russian assistance to the DPRK space programme. The US will scream and stamp its feet but the Russians will just point to all the attacks the US is responsible for on Russian territory and tell them where to go.

The reasons for inclusion in the list on the website include “an attack on the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine” and complicity of the Russian Federation.

❗️North Korea has been preparing for a Ukraine style war for decades stockpiling one of the worlds largest caches of artillery rounds, MLRS rockets all compatible for use in Russian systems.
✅The long-range 170-mm self-propelled artillery units M-1989 Koksan which can launch conventional high-explosive fragmentation ammunition up to 40 km, and active-reactive ammunition up to 60 km.
✅The 240 mm North Korean M1985 / M1991 MLRS launches rockets at a distance of at least 65,000 meters.
✅The 600-mm KN-25 MLRS of “super-large caliber”. These missiles fly about 380 kilometers and reached an altitude of 97 kilometers. The weight of the rocket is 3 tons.
👍But most importantly, unlike Ukraine and the Russian Federation, there is no corruption in North Korea.
🇰🇵That’s why Kim Jung Un has enough shells, rockets & rounds stored in his warehouses to arm an army of 8 millon men.
In comparison, before February 2022 the armies of the Russian Federation and Ukraine combined had enough rounds in storage to arm only 4.5 million men.
💥80% of the casualties in the Ukraine conflict are caused by artillery & MLRS rockets which North Korea can easily transfer to the frontline via the Trans-Siberian Railway.
☢In short, Russia's swaps space, aviation, nuclear submarine & ICBM technology in exchange for a unlimited 'all you can eat' access to North Korea's huge stockpiles.
🇺🇸🇦🇺🇩🇪🇬🇧 The West arms Ukraine with Vietnam era junk weapons and cardboard drones. Russia quietly responds by arming North Korea with all the military technology on Kim Jung Un's wish list.
🤬This is a huge geopolitical and diplomatic failure on the part of the AUKUS alliance.
🫵Putin warned the West to stop arming Ukraine. Now the West gets a taste of their own medicine.
