The Solidarity zone team learned that Rouslan Sidiki had been tortured after his detention almost as soon as the independent lawyer began work. However, it was important to obtain documentary evidence of the mutilation that was observed when he entered the SIZO (pre-trial detention centre). Now, some months later, his lawyer Igor Popovsky has now managed obtain that document.
From the report on the medical investigation:
"Multiple infected exposed wounds on the scalp and both wrists. Injuries to soft tissues on the left side around the eye. Injuries to soft tissues, resolving spinal haematomas."
From the lawyer's interview with Rouslan Sidiki:
"A man who looked around 50 years old, wearing civilian clothing, began to say that if I did not immediately confess to causing the explosion, then they would take me out of the city and would frame me for attempted flight, so they would legally be allowed to shoot me, and that they would torture me first.
Once I had agreed to cooperate and give testimony, they asked me if I had any chronic illnesses. After I responded 'no', one of them hit me over the head and I fell to the floor.
There were no fewer than six people in the interrogation room at that moment.While I lay on the floor, they stepped on my hands and feet so that I couldn't move them, although I didn't offer any kind of resistance. They exposed part of my legs in the area of my ankles, and I felt that they were tying something to me [...] later one of them said to someone, 'Ring!'
From that moment an electric current was discharged through my body, making my muscles contract violently from the unbearable pain. I screamed and hit my head against the floor. One of them stood in front of me and was filming me on their telephone. Because I was screaming, they gagged my mouth [...] I cannot say exactly how long the torture lasted, as after a few electric shocks I was slipping out of consciousness, but I can say that it was unbearably painful.
In between the discharges, unidentified people asked me questions, and if my answer did not satisfy them, then they continued to shock me. [...] they asked if I was planning another explosion, and I answered that I was not, and after that they continued to torture me. I was already on the brink, and understood, that in order to stop them I would have to say at least something."
Rouslan Sidiki and his lawyer Igor Popovsky sent their reports about the crimes committed to the chair of the Investigative Committee, demanding "to bring to justice those individuals who inflicted upon R. K. Sidiki physical and moral abuse, threats, blackmail, and also torture, following his arrest, in order to force him to give testimony."
To recap, Rouslan Sidiki is an anarchist from Ryazan, and a citizen of Russia and Italy. He is charged with blowing up railways, drone attacks on the military aerodrome Dyagilevo, and also with preparation for another act of sabotage on the railways. Sidiki is charged under the articles on "acts of terrorism", "studying in order to carry out terrorist activity", and also with the use of explosive devices. Taking the charges together, the anarchist faces from 15 to 30 years or life imprisonment.
Rouslan does not consider his actions — the detonation of the rails under a goods train and the drone attack on the military aerodrome — to be acts of terrorism. He says that his aim was to damage military infrastructure. Sidiki acted in order to prevent harm to people.

Il team di Solidarity zone è venuto a conoscenza delle torture subite da Rouslan Sidiki subito dopo l'intervento di un avvocato indipendente. Tuttavia, era fondamentale ottenere prove documentali delle lesioni inflitte a Rouslan, che sono state registrate al suo ingresso nel SIZO. Dopo alcuni mesi, l'avvocato Igor Popovsky è riuscito a ottenere questo documento.
Dal referto medico:
"Molteplici ferite infette e aperte nella zona del cuoio capelluto e di entrambi i polsi. Contusioni ai tessuti molli della regione periorbitale sinistra. Contusioni ai tessuti molli, ematomi sottocutanei diffusi in fase di riassorbimento sulla schiena."
Dal verbale dell'interrogatorio di Rouslan Sidiki condotto dall'avvocato:
"Un uomo di circa 50 anni, in abiti civili, ha iniziato a dirmi che, se non confessavo volontariamente l'esplosione, mi avrebbero portato fuori città e inscenato un tentativo di fuga, così da avere una giustificazione legale per fucilarmi, e prima di questo mi avrebbero torturato.
Dopo che ho accettato di collaborare e di testimoniare, mi è stata fatta la domanda: "Hai malattie croniche?" Dopo la mia risposta "no", uno di loro mi ha colpito alla testa, facendomi cadere a terra.
Nella stanza in quel momento c'erano almeno 6 persone.Quando ero sdraiato a terra, mi hanno calpestato mani e piedi affinché non potessi muoverli, anche se non opponevo alcuna resistenza. Mi hanno scoperto le gambe all'altezza delle caviglie e ho sentito che mi stavano legando qualcosa. <...> Poi uno di loro ha detto a qualcun altro: "Chiama!"
In quel momento, una scarica di corrente elettrica ha attraversato il mio corpo, provocando una contrazione muscolare insopportabile a causa del dolore. Urlavo forte e sbattevo la testa contro il pavimento, mentre uno di loro stava di fronte a me e mi filmava con il telefono. Poiché urlavo, mi hanno infilato uno straccio in bocca. <...> Non posso dire con precisione quanto siano durate le torture, perché dopo alcune scariche elettriche la mia coscienza si è annebbiata, ma posso dire che il dolore era insopportabile.
Tra una scarica e l'altra, persone non identificate mi facevano delle domande; se la mia risposta non li soddisfaceva, continuavano a colpirmi con scariche elettriche. <...> Mi hanno chiesto se avessi pianificato un'altra esplosione, ho risposto di no, e dopo questo hanno continuato a torturarmi. Ero ormai allo stremo e ho capito che, per farli smettere, dovevo dire qualsiasi cosa."
Rouslan Sidiki e il suo avvocato Igor Popovsky hanno inviato denunce di crimine al presidente del Comitato Investigativo, chiedendo di "perseguire penalmente le persone che hanno esercitato su Sidiki R.K. pressioni fisiche e morali, minacce, ricatti, nonché torture, dopo il suo arresto, al fine di costringerlo a rilasciare dichiarazioni".
Ricordiamo che Rouslan Sidiki è un anarchico di Ryazan, cittadino della Russia e dell'Italia. È accusato di aver fatto esplodere binari ferroviari, attaccato con droni una base aerea militare a Dyagilevo, e di aver preparato un ulteriore atto di sabotaggio sulla ferrovia. A Sidiki sono stati imputati reati di "atto terroristico", "addestramento finalizzato all'attività terroristica" e traffico di esplosivi. Per la combinazione delle accuse, all'anarchico potrebbe essere inflitta una pena da 15 a 30 anni o l'ergastolo.
Rouslan non considera le sue azioni — l'esplosione del binario sotto un treno merci e l'attacco con droni alla base aerea militare — come atti terroristici. Ha dichiarato che il suo obiettivo era danneggiare le infrastrutture militari. Sidiki ha eseguito le sue azioni in modo da evitare di ferire le persone.

В Ростове-на-Дону возобновили судебные заседания по делу Кириллу Баранника. Помогите семье Кирилла оплатить защиту.
Сейчас сторона обвинения представляет свои доказательства, а один из обвиняемых дал показания.
Одно из доказательств стороны обвинения — признательные показания Кирилла, которые он дал под пытками сразу после задержания. Кирилл рассказал, что его били током в помещении УФСБ Крыма. Следы пыток также заметил адвокат.
Изначально Кирилла Баранника обвиняли в совершении диверсии, но после отказа оговорить незнакомых Кириллу людей, дело переквалифицировали.
Теперь его обвиняют в «участии в деятельности террористического сообщества», «госизмене», «обучению террористической деятельности» и «хранении боеприпасов». В деле Кирилла ещё пять «сообщников».
Сейчас семье Кирилла необходимо помочь оплатить услуги адвоката на этапе суда первой инстанции. Мама Кирилла пенсионерка с небольшой пенсией, поэтому оплатить защиту у неё нет возможности.
Призываем помочь семье Кирилла Баранника с оплатой защиты.

Поддержите Сергея Кармазина в одиночной камере!
Гражданин Украины Сергей Кармазин, которого приговорили к 25 годам заключения, продолжает находиться в московском СИЗО-7. В письмо он рассказал, что его держат в одиночке.
«Да, когда был [в Апелляционном военном суде] во Власихе, мне судья сказал, что приехал корреспондент с интернет-издания, — рассказывает в письме Кармазин. — Но ему не разрешили присутствовать на апелляции. Так что по приезду с Одинцово я нахожусь один, ко мне никого не подселяют. Причины всего вот этого мне так же не ясны. <...> Я, как приехал 16 июня сюда, так здесь и нахожусь. Только места менял очень часто, а теперь в одиночке».
Украинца Сергея Кармазина задержали в марте 2023 года в Москве по подозрению в совершении акций саботажа на железной дороге. По версии силовиков, Кармазин поджёг два шкафа автоматики в Подмосковье.
Первоначально Кармазина обвинили по статье о диверсии (п. «а» ч. 2 ст. 281 УК РФ), однако за год, в течение которого к Сергею не допускали правозащитного адвоката, дело 46-летнего уроженца Харьковской области обросло целой гроздью статей:
▪️ «шпионаж» (ст.276 УК РФ);
▪️ «обучение диверсионной деятельности» (ст.281.2 УК РФ);
▪️ «приготовление к изготовлению взрывчатых веществ» (ч. 1 ст. 30, ч. 3 ст.223.1 УК РФ);
▪️ «участие в диверсионном сообществе» (ч. 2 ст.281.3 УК РФ);
▪️ «участие в террористическом сообществе» (ч. 2 ст.205.4 УК РФ);
▪️ «приготовление к теракту» (ч. 1 ст. 30 ч.1, п. «а» ч. 2 ст.205 УК РФ);
▪️ «обучение террористической деятельности» (ст.205.3 УК РФ).
28 марта 2024 года тройка судей 2-го Западного окружного военного суда под председательством Максима Максименко приговорила Сергея Кармазина к 25 годам заключения, 6 из которых он должен провести в тюрьме, а оставшиеся — в колонии строгого режима.
31 июля Апелляционный военный суд оставил приговор без изменения.
10 сентября Сергею исполнится 47 лет — поздравьте его с днём рождения, поддержите письмом в одиночке!
