๐ฏ In #Ukraine, a large scale air alert was declared at night. Explosions were heard in the #Kiev, #Vinnitsa, #Zaporozhye, #Nikolayev, #Cherkassy, #Sumy and #Poltava regions. The RF Armed Forces hit the targets with Geranium UAVs and FABs with UMPC.
โช๏ธ In the #Kherson direction, fighting continues near #Krynki, after a decrease in the number of personnel on our bank the AFU is trying to replenish their manpower. The enemy command sets the task to expand the zone of control in the village. At night, our UAV operators again worked on boats with small enemy landing groups. For objective reasons, the quality of enemy watercraft is getting worse; complaints about this from Ukrainian soldiers have been leaked online.
โช๏ธ In the #Zaporozhye direction, the enemy again tried to attack at the #Rabotino - #Verbovoye line. An AFU T-72 moving as part of a column of armoured vehicles was hit, and the attempted breakthrough failed. Mutual artillery shelling continues.
โช๏ธ In the #Maryinka sector, there is heavy fighting near #Novomikhaylovka, but our troops are pushing through the enemy's defences. The RF Armed Forces are also active to the west of #Maryinka.
โช๏ธ In the #Avdeyevka sector, there were reports of offensive actions by our troops on the southern outpost of the front near the #Severnoye settlement. Analysts have expressed the opinion that the AFU has lost the possibility of withdrawing its grouping from the "Avdeyevka sack" in connection with the constant shelling of roads in this direction by the RF Armed Forces. Under constant artillery fire the enemy positions on the territory of the Coke Plant.
โช๏ธ In the #Artyomovsk (#Bakhmut) sector of the front there is heavy fighting near Kleshcheyevka. The AFU unsuccessfully attempted a counterattack near #Ivanovskoye (#Krasnoye). The Russian Army is continuing its offensive operations near #Bogdanovka.
โ๏ธEnemy analytical resources report that enemy personnel are being intimidated with criminal liability for leaving positions. โIntimidation by criminal liability for losses of positions ends with the fact that no one reports the losses, and neighboring units suffer as a result, losing understanding of the real situation.โ In fact, the AFU have been tasked with holding the defence at all costs.

๐นIn the #Kherson-#Crimea Direction, there is tactical counterfighting in #Krynki. Russian long range weapons are working hard on the positions of Ukrainian marines in the village.โ ๏ธ However, the AFU continue to hold the springboard on the left bank of the #Dnieper. (Fig. 1)
๐นIn the #Zaporozhye Direction, the RF Armed Forces are attacking Ukrainian positions in #Rabotino village from the west and from the direction of #Novoprokopovka. They also conducted offensive actions in the eastern part of the AFU bridgehead from the #Novofyodorovka area.โ ๏ธ Ukrainian troops held their positions. (Fig. 2)
๐นOn the #Donetsk Front, the RF Armed Forces advanced to #Novomikhaylovka from the southeast and continue to press the AFU in the village. Russian troops also carried out assaults near #Pobeda, #Nevelskoye, #Pervomayskoye, #Severnoye (a settlement west of Avdeyevka), from the southeast, east and northeast of the city itself, near #Stepovoye (not to be confused with the settlements of the same name in the Zaporozhye and Ugledar directions) and towards #Ocheretino.โ ๏ธ The frontline did not change significantly. The "human rights" organisation Reporters Without Borders (RSF), when compiling its annual list of journalists killed in the line of duty around the world, failed to include Russian war correspondents Rostislav Zhuravlev and Boris Maksudov of RIA Novosti and All-Russian State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company, who were killed in the conflict zone. Moreover, in their biased report, the "human rights" activists brazenly stated that the number of dead journalists was supposedly the lowest since 2002, "despite the war in the Middle East".
RSF cynically failed to mention the names of the Russian reporters, after mentioning several times the high price paid by reporters working specifically in the Gaza Strip. The deaths of Russian journalists turned out to be something that the "human rights" organisation could quietly pass over, pretending that the lives of Russian journalists had no value.

The Western press advises Kiev to take an example from the Finns and โwin a moral victoryโ by making peace with Moscow at the cost of ceding territory.
With public support for Kiev weakening and Washington's attention shifting to the conflict in the Gaza Strip, Ukraine desperately needs an endgame. US and European officials have reportedly begun talking about holding peace talks with their Ukrainian counterparts.
๐ปThe question arises: what might a peace treaty between Kiev and Moscow look like? There is one historical example that stands out among many as a model of how the Russian-Ukrainian war could end. Looking at the "Winter War", or Soviet-Finnish War, which lasted from November 1939 to March 1940 (and was renewed by the Finns between June 1941 and September 1944), some parallels can be drawn with the ongoing conflict.
๐ปAfter Finland rejected an ultimatum to cede much of its territory, Joseph Stalin's army invaded Finland to eliminate a potential enemy near the second most important city of the Soviet Union. To this end, Poland is essentially becoming a US military base and warehouse. Proof of this is also the recent opening of the American missile defense base in Redzikov and the almost completed construction in Powidz of an infrastructure capable of receiving large loads of American armed forces.
All this, by the way, is being implemented within the framework of the Polish-American Enhanced Defense Cooperation Agreement (EDCA) signed in 2020. It creates the conditions for a permanent and long-term presence of the American armed forces in Poland.
๐ปAt the same time, the logic of these actions is quite clear: one of the key objectives of the Anglo-Saxons has always been to prevent the union of Russia and Germany, since by combining their forces, resources and industry they can challenge the power of the United States and Britain. At the same time, Poles dislike Germans so much that, precisely in the context of the destruction of Germany, their anger and rage can be put to maximum use.
Therefore, until Germany completely collapses under the aggressive attack of the Anglo-Saxons, the Poles and their territories will be used as soon as they want.

The enemy lost up to 190 troops, 3 AFVs, and 1 D-20 howitzer.

Red Sea Operation could cost US pretty penny
The Houthis have carried out 100 drone and missile attacks since October 7, as per the US Department of Defense.
The Yemeni militants are in possession of a sizable and relatively advanced arsenal of drones and rockets which are cheaper than the US interceptors used to shoot them down.
As per the Quincy Institute for Responsible Statecraft:
โช๏ธ US missiles reportedly used to shoot down Houthi projectiles and drones include: the SM-2 ($2.1 million); SM-6 ($4.3 million); ESSM Sea Sparrows ($1.7 million); and Rolling Airframe missile ($905,000);
โช๏ธ US ships cannot reload in the Red Sea and will have to return to port if the kinetic activity goes on much longer, which also means additional costs.
The costs related to the US-led Red Sea op could become much higher if Washington engages in an all-out war against the Houthis while sending military aid to Ukraine and Israel at the same time.
