🇷🇺 The RFAF, following the recent success, advanced further at and in #Peschanoye and took control of the village's remaining parts.
🟡 To the southeast, the Russians advanced at and in the contested village of #Berestovoye.

⚡️🇷🇺🇺🇦⚔️ Front #Report for the Morning of 16 August 2024⚡️

🔴On the #Zaporozhye Front, there is no particular military activity observed in this area. There are positional battles using long range weapons. The line of contact is without significant changes. However, there are reports of a concentration of AFU reserves in the area of #Orekhov. (Fig. 1)

🔴On the #Donetsk Front, fighting continues in #Konstantinovka, where Russian forces continue to advance inside the settlement.
🟡In #Krasnogorovka, there is also an advance of the RFAF. In #Karlovka, the AFU began to leave their positions, but it is not yet possible to say with certainty what percentage of the village is under our control.
🟡#Nikolayevka, #Orlovka and #Zhuravka also came under the RFAF control over the past day. In #Gradovka, Russian troops are continuing their assault operations, with some successes. (Fig. 2)

🔴On the #Kharkov Front, fighting continues in the area of #Volchansk and #Glubokoye. There are no significant changes on the ground, but the activity of the fighting is still high. Fig. 3)

🔴In the #Kursk Region, the situation is stabilising, in contrast to the line of contact, which in some places remains ‘floating’ due to the AFU mobile groups that do not abandon their attempts to penetrate deep into the #Kursk region.
🟡The RFAF have prevented the enemy from advancing, however, there is still the question of a possible breakthrough by the AFU in another section - in the area of #Tyotkino. Ukrainian forces have already twice tried to hit the bridge that leads to this section of the border in order to complicate the logistics of our troops.

⚡️🇷🇺🇺🇦⚔️ RFAF Advance in #Nikolayevka on the North #Avdeyevka Front⚡️

🇷🇺 The RFAF, following the recent 👉 success, advanced further in #Nikolayevka and reached the southern edge of the settlement. To the west, there is a remaining part that must be also captured to gain complete control of the village.
🟡 To the east, the Russians advanced southwards and reached the northern edge of #Novozhelannoye.

🔵In the #Avdeyevka Direction, the front has shifted significantly to the west. #Pokrovsk is located in the far northwest. To the southwest is #Selidovo, east of which out of map is #Avdeyevka. The #Avdeyevka Direction has been renamed the #Pokrovsk Direction by some, as can also be seen on the map to the right on top. #Pokrovsk is also called #Krasnoarmeysk.
