دمشق تواصل هجماتها على الرغم من اتفاقية وقف إطلاق النار

على الرغم من سريان اتفاقية وقف إطلاق النار، تواصل فصائل دمشق هجماتها على مناطق كوباني وسجن الأقطان في الرقة.

وبالتزامن مع قصف سجن الأقطان الذي يضم عناصر من تنظيم داعش الإرهابي، استهدفت تلك الفصائل محيط بلدة صرين، وهاجمت قرية "خروص" جنوبي كوباني باستخدام الأسلحة الثقيلة والمدفعية. كما تعرّض عموم الريف الجنوبي والجنوبي الغربي لكوباني لوابل من قذائف المدفعية، ولا يزال القصف مستمراً حتى لحظة إعداد هذا الخبر.

ونرفق هذا البيان بمقاطع فيديو نشرتها معرّفات تابعة لتلك الفصائل، تُوثّق القصف المدفعي الذي تنفّذه على مناطق جنوبي كوباني.

ويُعدّ ذلك خرقاً لوقف إطلاق النار لليوم الثاني على التوالي، إذ شهد يوم أمس أيضاً 22 انتهاكاً ارتكبتها تلك الفصائل، شملت مناطق كوباني والحسكة وسجن الأقطان.

إضافة إلى الهجمات العسكرية، تواصل دمشق سياسة العقاب الجماعي عبر قطع المياه والكهرباء عن مدينة كوباني، ومنع إدخال الوقود في ظل ظروف الشتاء القاسية. وفي الوقت ذاته، تستمر في قطع المياه عن سجن الأقطان في الرقة، الأمر الذي يشكّل تهديداً مباشراً لحياة السجناء ويُنذر بتداعيات إنسانية خطيرة.

نحمّل دمشق المسؤولية الكاملة عن هذه الانتهاكات المتواصلة، ونؤكد أن استمرار استهداف المناطق المأهولة والمنشآت الحساسة، بما فيها أماكن احتجاز عناصر تنظيم داعش، يشكّل تهديداً خطيراً للأمن والاستقرار. كما ندعو الأطراف الضامنة إلى اتخاذ إجراءات فورية وفعّالة لوقف هذه الخروقات، وضمان الالتزام الكامل باتفاق وقف إطلاق النار.

Damascus Continues Attacks Despite Ceasefire Agreement

Despite the ceasefire agreement, Damascus-affiliated factions continue their attacks on Kobani and the al-Aqtan prison in Raqqa.

Simultaneously with the shelling of al-Aqtan prison, which houses ISIS militants, these factions targeted the outskirts of the town of Sarrin and attacked the village of Khrouss, south of Kobani, using heavy weapons and artillery. The entire southern and southwestern countryside of Kobani was also subjected to intense artillery shelling, which is ongoing at the time of this report.

We are attaching to this statement videos published by accounts affiliated with these factions, documenting the artillery shelling they are carrying out against areas south of Kobani.

This constitutes a violation of the ceasefire for the second consecutive day. Yesterday alone witnessed 22 violations committed by these factions, including attacks on Kobani, Hasakah, and al-Aqtan prison.

In addition to the military attacks, Damascus continues its policy of collective punishment by cutting off water and electricity to the city of Kobani and preventing fuel deliveries amid harsh winter conditions. At the same time, it continues to cut off water to al-Aqtan prison in Raqqa, posing a direct threat to the lives of detainees and foreshadowing serious humanitarian consequences.

We hold Damascus fully responsible for these ongoing violations and stress that the continued targeting of populated areas and sensitive facilities, including detention centers holding ISIS members, constitutes a grave threat to security and stability. We call on the guarantor states to take immediate and effective measures to halt these violations and ensure full adherence to the ceasefire agreement.

تحديث- بمساعدة التحالف الدولي، انتهينا من عملية إيصال مقاتلينا المكلّفين بحماية سجن الأقطان في الرقة، الذي يضم معتقلي تنظيم داعش الإرهابي، إلى أماكن آمنة.

توضيح رسمي: حادثة فردية وإجراءات فورية

تتابع قيادتنا باهتمام ما جرى تداوله مؤخراً بشأن قيام أحد المقاتلين بتصوير نفسه إلى جانب مسلحين قُتلوا خلال التصدي لهجوم فصائل دمشق على قرية "خروص" جنوبي كوباني.

وانطلاقاً من التزامنا بالقيم العسكرية والأخلاقية، تم استبعاد المقاتل فوراً من صفوف القوات وتحويله إلى المحكمة العسكرية لاتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة.

نؤكد أن هذا التصرف فردي ومرفوض، ولا يعبّر عن مبادئ قواتنا التي عُرفت باحترامها للمعايير الإنسانية وأخلاقيات التعامل، بما في ذلك احترام حرمة الجثث، ونؤكد استمرارنا في أداء واجبنا وفق القيم التي عُرفنا بها.

Official Clarification: An Individual Incident and Immediate Measures

Our leadership is closely following what has recently circulated regarding one of our fighters photographing himself alongside armed individuals who were killed during the repulsion of an attack carried out by Damascus-affiliated factions on the village of Kharous, south of Kobani.

In line with our commitment to military and ethical values, the fighter in question was immediately dismissed from the ranks of the forces and referred to the military court to take the necessary legal measures.

We affirm that this act is individual and unacceptable, and does not reflect the principles of our forces, which are known for their respect for humanitarian standards and codes of conduct, including respect for the dignity of the dead. We reaffirm our continued commitment to carrying out our duties in accordance with the values by which we are known.

تحديث- في خرق جديد لوقف إطلاق النار، أُصيب اثنان من مقاتلينا بجروح جرّاء هجوم بطائرة انتحارية شنّته فصائل دمشق على قرية الصفا جنوب مدينة جل آغا/الجوادية، فيما تمكنت قواتنا من إسقاط طائرة أخرى.

Update – In a new violation of the ceasefire, two of our fighters were wounded as a result of a suicide-drone attack carried out by Damascus-affiliated factions on the village of al-Safa, south of the city of Çel Agha (al-Jawadiyah). Our forces also managed to shoot down another drone.

بيان: حكومة دمشق تمضي نحو التصعيد رغم وقف إطلاق النار

على الرغم من اتفاقية وقف إطلاق النار الموقعة بيننا وبين حكومة دمشق، تواصل الأخيرة، بشكل ممنهج، تحضيراتها العسكرية وتصعيدها الميداني في مناطق الجزيرة وكوباني، حيث تم رصد تحشيدات عسكرية وتحركات لوجستية تؤكد وجود نية واضحة للتصعيد وجرّ المنطقة نحو مواجهة جديدة.

وفي هذا السياق، تعرّضت قواتنا اليوم لهجومين منفصلين في منطقة الجزيرة، في خرق واضحٍ لاتفاق وقف إطلاق النار.

وفي الوقت الذي التزمت فيه قواتنا، ولا تزال، ببنود اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار، نؤكد أن ما تقوم به حكومة دمشق من استعدادات عسكرية يتناقض كلياً مع التزاماتها، ويكشف عن مساعٍ متعمدة لإفشال التهدئة والدفع باتجاه الحرب بدل الحلول السياسية.

نطالب المجتمع الدولي والجهات المعنية ببذل جهود عاجلة لضمان الالتزام باتفاق وقف إطلاق النار، والعمل على منع أي خطوات تصعيدية من شأنها تهديد الأمن والاستقرار في المنطقة.

Statement: The Damascus Government Is Moving Toward Escalation Despite the Ceasefire
Despite the ceasefire agreement signed between us and the Damascus government, the latter continues, in a systematic manner, its military preparations and field escalation in the Jazira and Kobani regions. Military build-ups and logistical movements have been observed, clearly indicating an intent to escalate and push the region toward a new confrontation.
In this context, our forces were subjected today to two separate attacks in the Jazira region, constituting a clear violation of the ceasefire agreement.
While our forces have adhered to, and continue to adhere to, the terms of the ceasefire agreement, we affirm that the military preparations undertaken by the Damascus government stand in complete contradiction to its obligations and reveal deliberate efforts to undermine de-escalation and steer the situation toward war instead of political solutions.
We call on the international community and relevant parties to exert urgent efforts to ensure compliance with the ceasefire agreement and to prevent any escalatory steps that would threaten security and stability in the region.

بيان حول الاتفاق على تمديد وقف إطلاق النار

تُعلن قواتنا، قوات سوريا الديمقراطية أنه تمّ الاتفاق على تمديد وقف إطلاق النار لمدة خمسة عشر يوماً، وذلك بوساطة دولية، تزامناً مع استمرار الحوار مع دمشق.

وتؤكد قواتنا التزامها بالاتفاقية، وحرصها على احترامه بما يسهم في خفض التصعيد وحماية المدنيين وتهيئة الظروف اللازمة للاستقرار.

Statement on the Ceasefire Extension Agreement

Our forces, the Syrian Democratic Forces, announce that an agreement has been reached to extend the ceasefire for fifteen days, through international mediation, while dialogue with Damascus continues.

Our forces affirm their commitment to the agreement and their dedication to respecting it, which contributes to de-escalation, the protection of civilians, and the creation of the necessary conditions for stability.

تحديث- على الرغم من اتفاقية تمديد وقف إطلاق النار، تشنّ فصائل دمشق هجمات في هذه اللحظات على قرى شيخلر/الشيوخ، زيرك غربي مدينة كوباني، والجلبية في جنوب شرقي المدينة.

Some media outlets recently presented this individual as a doctor detained in Al-Hol camp in eastern Al-Hasakah, while a later report by another media channel described him as a civilian. However, earlier footage filmed for Al-Furat Network clearly shows him in military attire among the ranks of ISIS, performing the oath of allegiance to the terrorist organization.
Same person, same face, yet the story changes according to the narrative being promoted.
This contradiction exposes attempts by certain parties to whitewash the image of ISIS terrorists, mislead public opinion, and cover up the crime of their release by the authorities of the Damascus government following their control over these areas.

لقد قدمت بعض الوسائل الإعلامية هذا الشخص مؤخراً على أنه طبيب محتجز في مخيم الهول شرقي الحسكة، بينما وصفته قناة إعلامية لاحقاً كمدني. إلا أن لقطات أقدم، صُوّرت لشبكة الفرات، تظهره بوضوح بالزي العسكري بين صفوف تنظيم داعش وهو يؤدي البيعة للتنظيم الإرهابي.

نفس الشخص، نفس الوجه، لكن القصة تتغير بحسب الرواية التي يراد تمريرها.

هذا التناقض يكشف محاولات بعض الجهات لإعادة تلميع صورة إرهابيي داعش وتضليل الرأي العام والتغطية على جريمة الإفراج عنهم من قبل سلطات حكومة دمشق عقب سيطرتها على تلك المواقع.

تحديث- في خرق جديد وصريح لاتفاقية وقف إطلاق النار، شنت فصائل دمشق هجوماً على قرية "قري" التابعة لمدينة كركي لكي في شمال وشرق سوريا، مستخدمةً ثلاث طائرات انتحارية، واقتصرت الأضرار على الخسائر المادية.

بيان بشأن خروقات اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار في منطقتي الجزيرة وكوباني – 26 كانون الثاني

على الرغم من دخول اتفاقية وقف إطلاق النار حيّز التنفيذ مساء يوم أمس، تواصل فصائل دمشق ارتكاب انتهاكات خطيرة ومتكررة بحق المناطق الآهلة بالسكان في إقليمي الجزيرة وكوباني، في خرق واضح وصريح لبنود الاتفاق وتهديد مباشر لأمن المدنيين واستقرار المنطقة.

ففي تمام الساعة العاشرة صباحاً، شنت فصائل دمشق هجوماً بالمدرعات على محور بلدة الجلبية جنوب شرقي كوباني، حيث تم إفشال الهجوم.

ومنذ الساعة الثانية عشرة ظهراً وحتى لحظة إعداد هذا البيان، تتواصل هجمات تلك الفصائل على محور الريف الغربي لكوباني، مستهدفةً قرى زرِك والقاسمية.

وفي تمام الساعة السادسة مساءً، قصفت مدفعية الفصائل قرية القاسمية، ما أدى إلى استشهاد طفل وإصابة ثلاثة آخرين من أفراد العائلة نفسها.

كما قامت فصائل دمشق في تمام الساعة السابعة والنصف مساءً بشن هجوم باستخدام ثلاث طائرات انتحارية على قرية "قري" التابعة لمدينة كركي لكي، ما أسفر عن أضرار مادية.

وفي تمام الساعة العاشرة وأربعين دقيقة مساءً، استهدفت تلك الفصائل قرية الصفا في ريف جل آغا/الجوادية، مخلفةً أضراراً مادية.

وحتى لحظة إعداد هذا البيان، لا تزال تلك الفصائل تواصل هجماتها على محاور جنوب وغرب كوباني، في استمرارٍ واضح لانتهاك اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار وتصعيد خطير يعرّض حياة المدنيين للخطر.

خلال تلك الهجمات أُصيب أربعة من مقاتلينا بجروح، إضافة إلى استشهاد طفل وإصابة ثلاثة آخرين من نفس العائلة.

ندعو الأطراف الضامنة لاتفاق وقف إطلاق النار إلى تحمل مسؤولياتهم الكاملة في وضع حدٍّ لهذه الخروقات، وإلزام فصائل دمشق بالالتزام الكامل بالاتفاق، وضمان حماية المدنيين دون أي تأخير أو تهاون.
