قواتنا تحبط هجوماً على إحدى نقاطها بريف دير الزور

أقدمت مجموعة مسلحة، بعد ظهر اليوم، الجمعة على التسلل عبر نهر الفرات باستخدام قارب، واستهدفت إحدى نقاط قواتنا في بلدة "الجزرات" التابعة لمنطقة "الكسرة" بقذيفة من نوع "RPG".
قواتنا ردّت على مصدر النيران بشكل مباشر، واندلع على إثر ذلك اشتباك لفترة قصيرة بين قواتنا والمسلحين، قبل أن يلوذ المهاجمون بالفرار عبر النهر دون وقوع خسائر في صفوفنا.
وبدأت قواتنا عمليات تمشيط في المنطقة، لملاحقة العناصر المتسللة وضمان استقرار وأمن المنطقة.
وتؤكد قواتنا أنها لن تسمح لأي جهة كانت بزعزعة أمن واستقرار المنطقة، وسترد بقوة على من تسول له نفسه إثارة الفوضى وتهديد أمن وسلامة الأهالي.

Our Forces Foil an Attack on One of Our Positions in Deir Ezzor's Countryside

This afternoon, Friday, an armed group attempted to infiltrate one of our positions in the town of Al-Jazrat, part of the Al-Kasrat area, Deir Ezzor's Countryside, by crossing the Euphrates River using a boat. The attackers targeted our position with an RPG projectile.
Our forces responded directly to the source of fire, leading to a brief clash between our forces and the attackers, who eventually fled back across the river. No casualties were reported among our ranks.
Our forces have launched a sweep operation in the area to track down the infiltrators and ensure the continued security and stability of the region.
We reaffirm that our forces will not allow any party to destabilize the area and will respond forcefully to anyone attempting to incite chaos or threaten the safety and security of our people.

إصابة أربعة مدنيين في استهداف مسلحين من جهة حكومة دمشق بريف دير الزور الشرقي

استهدف مسلحون من الطرف الآخر لنهر الفرات الخاضع لسيطرة حكومة دمشق، مساء أمس، أربعة مواطنين كانوا متواجدين على ضفة النهر في قرية "حويجة الفيحمات" التابعة لمنطقة "البصيرة"، بريف دير الزور الشرقي، ما أدى إلى إصابتهم بجروح متفاوتة.
وعلى الفور، تم نقل المصابين إلى مشفى "البصيرة" لتلقي العلاج. والمصابون هم كل من:
1 – عمر عبد المنصور العليوي/ 30 عاماً
2 – حمادة حماد الحطاب/ 30 عاماً
3 – آدم عبد المنصور العليوي/ 12 عاماً
4 – خالد صالح الحمد/ 24 عاماً
إن تكرار عمليات التسلل لمناطقنا تهدد الاستقرار في المنطقة، وتعرض سلامة المدنيين للخطر، وحكومة دمشق تتحمل مسؤولية ضبط هذه الخروقات والتعامل معها بجدية، وعدم السماح بزعزعة أمن واستقرار المنطقة.

Four Civilians Injured in Attack from Damascus-Controlled Areas in Eastern Deir Ezzor

On yesterday evening, armed individuals stationed on the opposite bank of the Euphrates River—under the control of the Damascus Government—targeted four civilians who were present on the riverbank in the village of Huweij al-Faihamat, al-Busayrah area, Deir Ezzor’s eastern countryside. The attack resulted in injuries of varying severity.
The wounded civilians were immediately transported to al-Busayrah Hospital to receive medical treatment. The injured are:
1. Omar Abdul-Mansour al-Alawi, 30 years old
2. Hamada Hamad al-Hattab, 30 years old
3. Adam Abdul-Mansour al-Alawi, 12 years old
4. Khaled Saleh al-Hamad, 24 years old
The repeated infiltration attempts into our areas pose a serious threat to stability and endanger the safety of civilians. The Damascus Government bears full responsibility for preventing such violations, addressing them with seriousness, and ensuring that the security and stability of the region are not undermined.

بيان إلى شعبنا والرأي العام بخصوص الاعتداءات المستمرة على قواتنا وشعبنا

في الوقت الذي يترقب فيه الشعب السوري وجميع الأطراف الملتزمة بالحل السلمي استقرار الأوضاع على كامل الجغرافية السورية، ما زالت الفصائل المدعومة من قبل تركيا والمنضوية تحت مظلة حكومة دمشق، ترتكب خروقات متكررة لوقف إطلاق النار في مناطق عدة، منها دير الزور ودير حافر وسد تشرين وتل تمر، فضلاً عن تحركات مريبة في محيط حيي الشيخ مقصود والأشرفية بمدينة حلب، في مخالفة صريحة للاتفاق الموقّع بين إدارة الحيين وإدارة دمشق بتاريخ 1 نيسان/أبريل 2025.

حيث هاجمت الفصائل المذكورة مناطق شمال وشرق سوريا لأكثر من ٢٢ مرة استخدمت فيها الأسلحة الثقيلة إضافة إلى هجمات برية وأخرى محاولة عبور نهر الفرات للهجوم على قواعد قواتنا في دير الزور، حيث تسببت تلك الهجمات بإصابة أكثر من ١١ مدنياً بجروح ووقوع أضرار كبيرة في المناطق الآهلة بالمدنيين.

إن تلك الاعتداءات تتعارض مع روح الاتفاق المبرم بين السيد “أحمد الشرع” والقائد العام لقواتنا “مظلوم عبدي”، خاصة وأن جوهر هذا الاتفاق يقوم على وقف إطلاق النار الكامل وحماية المدنيين وتعزيز فرص الحل السياسي.

لقد التزمنا طوال الفترة الماضية بضبط النفس، وحرصنا على الحفاظ على الهدوء رغم الاعتداءات، إيماناً منا بأن استقرار سوريا يحتاج إلى شراكة حقيقية ومسؤولية مشتركة من جميع الأطراف. لكن استمرار هذه الاعتداءات يهدد الثقة المتبادلة وتضع التفاهمات على المحك، وتعيد إحياء ذهنية الحرب في وقت تكون فيه سوريا بأمس الحاجة إلى الحوار، حيث تتحمل حكومة دمشق المسؤولية الكاملة.

وعليه، فإننا:

1. نطالب حكومة دمشق والفصائل التابعة لها، وكذلك الفصائل المدعومة من تركيا، بوقف جميع الخروقات فوراً والالتزام ببنود الاتفاق.

2.ندعو المجتمع الدولي والمنظمات الحقوقية إلى متابعة هذه الانتهاكات والعمل على ضمان احترام الاتفاقات الموقعة.

3. إننا نمد يدنا للحوار والتعاون من أجل سوريا آمنة ومستقرة، لكننا في الوقت نفسه مستعدون لاتخاذ كل ما يلزم للدفاع عن حقوق وأمن شعبنا.

Statement to Our People and to the Public Opinion Regarding the Ongoing Attacks on Our Forces and Our People

At a time when the Syrian people, along with all parties committed to a peaceful solution, are looking forward to stability across the entire geography of Syria, the factions supported by Turkey and operating under the umbrella of the Damascus Government continue to commit repeated violations of the ceasefire in several areas, including Deir Ezzor, Deir Hafer, the Tishreen Dam, and Tal Tamir. These violations also include suspicious movements around the Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafiyeh neighborhoods in the city of Aleppo, in blatant breach of the agreement signed between the administration of the two neighborhoods and the Damascus administration on April 1, 2025.
These factions have attacked areas of North and East Syria for more than 22 times, using heavy weapons, launching ground assaults, and attempting to cross the Euphrates River to target our bases in Deir Ezzor. These attacks have caused significant damage in areas inhabited by civilians.
Such aggressions contradict the spirit of the agreement concluded between Mr. Ahmed al-Sharaa and our General Commander, Mazloum Abdi—an agreement whose essence is the complete cessation of fire, the protection of civilians, and the promotion of opportunities for a political solution.
Throughout this period, we have exercised restraint and sought to maintain calm despite these aggressions, out of our belief that Syria’s stability requires genuine partnership and shared responsibility from all parties. However, the continuation of these attacks threatens mutual trust and undermine these understandings, placing them at risk and reviving a war mentality at a time when Syria most needs dialogue—while the Damascus Government bears full responsibility.
Accordingly, we:
1. Call on the Damascus Government and its affiliated factions, as well as the factions supported by Turkey, to immediately cease all violations and adhere to the terms of the agreement.
2. Urge the international community and human rights organizations to monitor these violations and work to ensure respect for signed agreements.
3. Extend our hand for dialogue and cooperation toward a safe and stable Syria, while at the same time affirming our readiness to take all necessary measures to defend the rights and security of our people.
