2. No Unjust Censorship: Free speech is protected unless intended to directly incite violence.

3. Fair Content Moderation: Platforms must have clear, consistent, and transparent content policies.

Article 3: Your Right to Privacy & Data Protection

1. Privacy and Anonymity are Your Rights: You have the right to keep your digital activity and communication private, use strong encryption, and stay anonymous online.

2. Control Over Your Data: Your personal data is yours. You decide who can collect it, how it's used, and when it should be deleted.

3. No Tracking Without Consent: Governments and companies can’t track, store or use your data without clear permission.

Article 4: Your Right to Financial Freedom & Privacy

1. Choice of Money: You cannot be forced to use digital currencies (like Central Bank Digital Currencies). You have the right to use cash and crypto, free from unfair regulation or discrimination, and to control your money and financial privacy.

2. No Financial Discrimination: Access to banking services cannot be denied based on personal beliefs. A functional public banking option must be available to all.

3. Freedom from Social Scoring: People should not be tracked, rated, or punished by governments or companies for their personal views, beliefs, or everyday actions - especially by hidden or automated systems.

Article 5: Your Right to Protection from Surveillance

1. Digital ID Must Be Optional: You cannot be required to use a digital ID to access basic services.

2. No Mass Surveillance: Facial recognition and other tracking technologies must not be used to monitor the public.

3. No Permanent ID Systems: Your identity should only be checked when absolutely necessary - and not permanently stored or tracked.

Article 6: Your Right to Transparency & Digital Justice

1. Explainable Automated Decisions: You have the right to understand and challenge decisions made about you by algorithms, for example for hiring, policing, or credit.

2. Easy Ways to Challenge Digital Wrongs: If your digital rights are violated, you must have access to fair, timely remedies.

3. Transparency from Platforms: Government and companies must be open about how they collect and use your data.

Article 7: Your Right to a Free & Open Internet

1. Net Neutrality Must Be Protected: Internet access must remain open and equal, without content being blocked or slowed down unfairly.

2. Free Access to Public Knowledge: Publicly funded research and information should be freely available to everyone.

NEW ITALIAN STUDY: SARSCOV2 SPIKE CAUSES NEURONAL CELL DEATH

"We found that S1 recombinant protein (S1rp), through the internalization of the surface receptor Neuropilin 1 (NRP1), but not via Angiotensin-Converting Enzyme 2 (ACE 2) receptor, enters the cytoplasm causing cell death in differentiated SH-SY5Y cells. Finally, in accordance with other papers demonstrating that COVID-19 patients had more severe ischemic strokes with worse outcomes, we found that S1rp increased oxygen glucose deprivation/reoxygenation-induced toxicity in an additive manner, via the NRP1/HDAC4/CREB/RIPK1 pathway. In conclusion, this is the first report identifying the molecular determinants involved in Spike S1-induced neurotoxicity.

This study reveals for the first time that Spike S1 and OGD/Rx show an additive effect in inducing necroptosis in a neuronal cell line. Both neurotoxic stimuli exert their effect through the activation of the same biochemical pathway. Indeed, we found that OGD/Rx and Spike S1 independently activated the NRP1/HDAC4/CREB/RIPK1 axis and that the combination of both neurotoxic stimuli additively increased neuronal death. Indeed, single siRNA transfection of each component of the NRP1/HDAC4/CREB/RIPK1 axis mitigates the cell death induced by the combination of S1rp and OGD/Rx treatments. This paper provides new insights into the molecular mechanisms through which S1-induced neurotoxicity could be an additional risk factor worsening the stroke-associated neurodegeneration.

"Palantir is not just a military contractor, it was a company created to privatize and house the Bush-era, neocon-run surveillance program Total Information Awareness (TIA) program, housed previously at DARPA, and put it under increased CIA control (though the CIA was also intimately involved with TIA). TIA was shut down by Congress because it would have eradicted the constitutional right to privacy, but Palantir has accomplished that and gotten away with it because it is a private sector entity.

Like Palantir's "predictive policing" efforts, TIA was designed as a pre-crime program to stop both terror attacks and bioterror and even pandemics before they can happen. Palantir has developed the programs to accomplish all of this, the latter through their HHS and CDC partnerships, which will likely be used to pre-emptively declare the next pandemic before any outbreak emerges. Palantir played an outsized role in Op Warp Speed, distributing batches of experimental vaccines to minority communities first.

Also, Palantir's CEO openly hates conservatives and has been building pre-crime infrastructure for the war on domestic terror, that will target left and right leaning dissidents alike. If anything, Palantir is a candidate for a globalist digital world brain, as it runs national security states (incl the US') all over the globe, but also much of the corporate world. Good thing top Palantir people don't attend conferences like Bilderberg, right? Oh wait, they actually attend every year and Thiel is on its steering committee.

Absolutely nothing is patriotic about Palantir except maybe their sales rhetroic.
