What really matters in real medicine are symptoms. That is what the doctor patient relationship is there for: to match symptoms to categories of illness. Perhaps the reason I am so clear about this is that I have always been a curious patient and have asked many questions, and also I am very in tune with what my body actually tells me as I am a former sportsman also a practising yogi. I am very conscious many people are not in tune with their own bodies and are not able to examine what it is telling them.

I've had many poisonings, and many viruses. The onset and progression of symptoms are completely different. It is really not possible for anyone attentive to their body to confuse the two. Same for viruses and bacterial infections. With bacterial infections symptoms are localised. With acute viral infections they tend to be not, they tend to spread throughout the whole body and even move through different parts of the body during the progression of symptoms. It is really not possible for anyone attentive to their bodies to mistake poisoning, bacterial and viral infections. I think those who think it is are not in tune with their own bodies. The body knows! But are modern people able to listen to their bodies in a time of external information overload?

KOSTAIVE (ARCT-154), a self-amplifying mRNA COVID-19 vaccine, was approved at the following times:

Japan: November 2023, by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare for primary vaccination and booster use in adults 18 years and older.

European Union: February 14, 2025, by the European Commission, following a positive opinion from the Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use (CHMP) of the European Medicines Agency (EMA) on December 12, 2024. The approval is valid in all EU member states and EEA countries for individuals 18 years and older.

The FDA has cleared Arcturus Therapeutics for clinical trials of other products, such as ARCT-2304 (an H5N1 influenza vaccine candidate), but this is distinct from KOSTAIVE and does not indicate approval for distribution.

The FDA may have just approved KOSTAIVE but not officially announced it yet, or may be about to.

saRNA, or self-amplifying RNA, takes synthetic mRNA a step further. Derived from Alphaviruses, saRNA can be designed to include genes that encode the desired protein and also genes for viral replicase.

While this means a smaller dose of saRNA is needed in the jab, it creates a situation where the RNA replicates indefinitely, resulting in a higher risk of unintended immune activation. While it is supposedly designed to deteriorate quickly after being injected, this may not always be the case. An injection of saRNA may be an on-switch that has no off-switch.

👁 Trump expands Palantir’s role in federal data operations – report

The Trump administration is expanding its use of Palantir, a data analytics firm co-founded by Peter Thiel, to integrate data across US federal agencies, The New York Times reported.

Palantir’s Foundry platform is now used by at least four agencies, including the Department of Homeland Security and the IRS, raising concerns over potential creation of a centralized personal data system on Americans.

Critics fear the data could be used to target immigrants or political opponents. Thirteen former employees signed a letter urging Palantir to halt its involvement.

💬 “Data that is collected for one reason should not be repurposed for other uses,” said former engineer Linda Xia.

The company said it acts only as a processor under government direction. The White House referred to Trump’s executive order to streamline federal data-sharing.

Palantir has received over $113 million in federal contracts under Trump, in addition to a recent $795 million Pentagon award. Talks are also ongoing with the Social Security Administration and Department of Education, according to The New York Times.

Former medical coder, whistleblower, and author Zowe Smith (@Zowe_TKMC) describes for Ryan Cristián (@TLAVagabond) how Palantir—a software company founded with seed funding from the CIA’s venture capital firm In-Q-Tel that builds data analytics platforms to help organizations process and interpret large, complex datasets for decision-making—has software programs that are, in essence, dual-use for tracking hospital patients' personal information and selecting targets for annihilation in places like Gaza.

Note that Palantir was instrumental for the execution of Operation Warp Speed per the endeavor's COO, Army General Gus Perna (see tweet 2).

"I know for sure Palantir, Epic, 3M, which are programs that I use personally in multiple hospital systems. They're used all throughout the country, are directly partnered with Palantir, for two different programs. There's a program called Foundry and there's a program called I forget the other. There were ones used for Operation Warp Speed that I don't know if, if they were used like directly in hospitals, but they had to be fed into that program, per, per Medicare rules. And that was, I think, Tiberius.

"One thing I wanted to bring up too is so Epic and Palantir are partnered and I believe they use the same platform for their programs. So, late. This comes in part two, when I start talking about the drones that Palantir is also involved in, and they're using right now in Gaza, based on AI and facial recognition and your medical record data and your genomic information. So they're using all of that to target people.

"And the way that Epic works is they have multiple programs, that are in like their, their main program. So like they'll have different suites and from different hospitals, they change the name. So it might not even be called Epic at a different hospital. So later on in part two, when I talk about how Palantir has these healthcare programs that were Operation Warp Speed, that was Gotham and Tiberius, well, all they have to do is change the name of that program and it's the same program. It does the same thing. They just change the name for like a different institution and they kind of personalize it a little bit for their personal use, but it does the same functions basically for different clients.

"So I would put all my money in the basket that says Palantir uses that same trick. So when I say Palantir has a program called Tiberius and Gotham that's used in healthcare and then I say that Palantir also has these programs in Gaza, or we think Palantir has these programs in Gaza called, Where's Daddy and Lavender that are being used for drone assassinations. All they have to do is take those program names Tiberius and Gotham and change them to Where's Daddy and Lavender? And it's the same program right?"
