We Are About To Witness A Major Move Toward A Cashless Society

The war on cash has just gone to an entirely new level.
When I heard that the European Union was planning to completely ban all cash transactions above 10,000 euros, I had a hard time believing it. There are so many wild rumors flying around on the Internet these days, and so I wasn’t going to write about this unless I could confirm it. Unfortunately, this particular rumor is quite real.

Under the pretext of fighting “money laundering and terrorist financing”, the European Union will be entirely outlawing all cash payments greater than 10,000 euros.

The following comes from the official website of the Council of the European Union…

"By limiting large cash payments, the EU will make it harder for criminals to launder dirty money. An EU-wide maximum limit of €10.000 is set for cash payments. Member states will have the flexibility to impose a lower maximum limit if they wish."

So this means that in some countries the upper limit could potentially be a lot lower than 10,000 euros.

But instead of framing it as a major move toward a cashless society, the EU is trying to claim that this is all about fighting terrorists.

The following is what Zbyněk Stanjura, the Minister for Finance in the Czech Republic, has said about this upcoming change…

"Terrorists and those who finance them are not welcome in Europe. In order to launder dirty money, criminal individuals and organisations had to look for loopholes in our existing rules which are already quite strict. But our intention is to close these loopholes further, and to apply even stricter rules in all EU member states. Large cash payments beyond €10.000 will become impossible. Trying to stay anonymous when buying or selling crypto-assets will become much more difficult. Hiding behind multiple layers of ownership of companies won’t work any more. It will even become difficult to launder dirty money via jewellers or goldsmiths."

Meanwhile, the European Central Bank has been actively considering the possibility of introducing a “digital euro”. The following comes from the official website of the European Central Bank…

"We are working with the national central banks of the euro area to investigate whether to introduce a digital euro. It would be a central bank digital currency, an electronic equivalent to cash. And it would complement banknotes and coins, giving people an additional choice about how to pay."

Well isn’t that convenient?

As they take cash away from the general population, it turns out that they have already been working on the replacement.

BREAKING 🇬🇧

Andrew Brigden continues to tweet today about needing answers with regards to the MRNA jabs, and raises the volume of yellow card data in connection with the same.

He uses the hashtag #completelyunprecedented.
'China's puppet' the World Health Organization names Sir Jeremy Farrar - the influential scientist who helped to crush Covid lab leak theory as 'conspiracy' - as its new chief scientist

"Critics hit out at the appointment of Sir Jeremy and called for him to come in front of MPs to be 'pressed hard' on the origins of the pandemic and failing to challenge the natural origins hypothesis early on.

Sir Jeremy, a distinguished tropical diseases expert, who was knighted in 2019, is set to be interviewed under oath by the US congress over concerns he was at the centre of a cover-up about the origins of Covid.

The scientist, who was paid £500,000 last year for his role at Wellcome, will be questioned on-the-record over his role in 'apparent conflicts of interest' and 'suppression of scientific discourse'.

Committee members tasked with probing his insights demanded he handed over all the documents related to his discussions with senior figures on the subject.
An order sent to him alleged that he was part of a 'possible co-ordinated effort to conceal evidence pointing to a lab leak in Wuhan'.
Concerns are centered around a video meeting he held in early February 2020, during which he shared concerns that the virus may have emerged from a lab in Wuhan.
He reportedly said at the time, as the pandemic exploded across the planet, that the truth about the virus' origins will remain 'grey' without access to the lab.
And in email discussions with top scientists, including chief medical adviser to the White House, Anthony Fauci, Sir Jeremy simply responded to claims that the Wuhan lab was carrying out high risk experiments in a insufficiently secure lab with: 'Wild West.'
Scientists at the site engaged in 'gain of function' experiments that can boost infectivity.
However, Sir Jeremy quickly changed his stance and signed a statement in the Lancet, one of the most prestigious medical journals, which labelled the lab leak hypothesis a 'conspiracy theory' and praised China's effort to tackle the disease.
The journal has since said the lab leak theory should be taken 'seriously'.
But he also quietly assisted five scientists to write a commentary in Nature Medicine, stating that the authors 'do not believe that any type of laboratory-based scenario is plausible'.
Sir Jeremy will take over at the WHO in the second quarter of 2023.

The WHO's controversial appointment comes after the virologist who funded the Wuhan lab at the centre of Covid leak claims proudly filmed himself inside a bat-filled cave.
Dr Peter Daszak, who was born in England but now lives in upstate New York, posted a video on his Twitter filmed from the depths of the Ratchaburi Cave in Thailand.

He was surrounded by 2.5million of the creatures he thinks SARS-CoV-2, the virus behind the pandemic, may have come from. He referred to the cave as the 'reactor core' of viral activity.

Dr Daszak called Sir Jeremy in the days before he praised Chinese efforts to tackle Covid in the Lancet article."

Congress To Sneak $37 Billion Ukraine Aid Into Must-Pass Omnibus Bill

As opposition to Washington's Ukraine blank check mounts, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer has signaled that the next huge check - nearly $38 billion - will be conveniently hidden in a year-end, must-pass omnibus bill. It's a way to keep the gravy train flowing while sparing Members the inconvenience of having to face voters. Also today...White House to send more troops into Ukraine. What could go wrong?

Digital Asset Anti-Money Laundering Act Announced
@takebackourtech | SOURCE

A bill impacting everyone who uses cryptocurrency has been announced.

The bipartisan Digital Asset Anti-Money Laundering Act, introduced today by Sens. Warren and Marshall, is the most direct attack on the personal freedom and privacy of cryptocurrency users and developers we’ve yet seen.

It would force anyone who helps maintain public blockchain infrastructure, either through software development or validating transactions on the network, to register as a Financial Institution (FI). As FIs, they would be obligated to:

- identify and record the personal information of every person who uses their software or sends transactions over their internet-connected computers,
- develop risk-calibrated AML programs that block persons from using their software or network throughput if they suspect those people are moving funds related to crime, and
- file reports about their users without a warrant, government request, or probable cause as the trigger.

Additionally, every FI, including traditional FIs like banks, custodial crypto FIs, and these newly classified crypto infrastructure FIs, would be banned from making any transactions involving privacy tools (e.g. Tornado Cash or similar privacy software) or privacy preserving cryptocurrencies (e.g. Zcash, Monero, etc.), irrespective of any evidence of criminality related to those transactions.

No prizes for guessing which organisation is behind the "15 minute city"..

"..with COVID-19 and its variants keeping everyone home (or closer to home than usual), the 15-minute city went from a “nice-to-have” to a rallying cry. Meeting all of one’s needs within a walking, biking or transit distance was suddenly a matter of life and death. The pandemic created an urgency around equitable urbanism that sidelined arguments about bike lanes and other “amenities” that have roiled communities for years.

The term was coined in 2016 by Sorbonne professor Carlos Moreno, who was given an Obel Award in 2021 for developing the idea.

COVID-19 may now be flipping this on its head, which is why the 15-minute city concept is taking hold in a way that it would not have before the pandemic."

This is quite the move to unsettle Net Zero.
Several other large investment management companies have either declined to join or have left the project.
In part, clients have objected to having no choice in the way their proxies are voted at board meetings. Blackrock & Vanguard manage appreciable fractions of the shares of most public companies. It’s usual to grant to the asset manager the power to use the voting rights that attach to the shares (“proxies”) because it’s assumed their interests and yours will coincide, being mostly financial.
Once you realize that this reasonable assumption isn’t true, yet Larry Fink can still destructively lean on management, it’s no wonder that sufficient clients are objecting and may even have withdrawn their funds entirely.
My pension & any personal invested funds used largely to be with Vanguard, because they offered to replicate the broadest market risk by proportional ownership of all floated companies.
In 2020 I exited Vanguard and went for self management.
Now I’m mostly out of the market entirely.
If your pension funds are managed via Blackrock or Vanguard, you can also withdraw your passive, possibly unknowing support for policies intended to dismantle the modern world.
Best wishes
Mike

"On Friday 13th September 2019, Magdalen Berns, aged 36 died of brain cancer. After she died she wanted her videos to remain accessible.....to inspire others.

This next part is much more interesting, its Magdalen’s own words...

'This channel is about, offering a counter narrative to media disinformation with blunt humour and honesty; lending a voice to other likeminded women, often misrepresented by self described feminists of the mainstream; giving ideological opponents an opportunity to reassess the assumptions of their arguments and simplifying complicated issues to make them accessible.

I am, a lesbian (not the political kind); a physics graduate (University of Edinburgh); a FLOSS accessibility hacker (the legal kind); an XX feminist (not the fun, kind); ex-amateur boxer (the competitive kind); a blogger; an activist; a cultural libertarian; a Londoner; a critic of religion, capitalism, identity politics, conservatism, neoliberalism and socially imposed gender norms.'"

"A lot of people have questions [about], ‘how involved is the government in monitoring and censoring the speech of ordinary people?’” Taibbi told Brand".

"Taibbi said the documents show Twitter was “clearly getting communications” from not only the FBI and the DHS, “but also a surprise was the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. I hadn’t heard that one before. That was a new one,” he added."

He added:

“The government is harvesting tons of information from these companies and then turning around and spitting it back to companies like Twitter in the form of requests for maybe bannings, maybe shadow bans, maybe deletions or labels and that sort of thing.”

Nice to know our Governments are engaging in the silence of those that pay their wages.

There is no democracy. It died a while back and didn't have a funeral.

From a friend in Australia.
It’s not a surprise to me, having been globally censored in a dozen ways myself.
What is surprising is that we’re getting to hear about it. I suspect this kind of bad behavior has been routine for some considerable time.
Best wishes
Mike

The Twitter Files are well worth reading.
The fact that govt/media are not covering (at all) is more reason to pay attention. Given that google search and other search engines mostly show negative content about the twitter files, the content is even more alluring…. especially for people (like me) who no longer read the legacy media.

File #1: The first files (dozens of them) really exposed what a shady piece of work Hunter Biden is. Most people knew this already. The evidence is so strong that House Minority leader Kevin McCarthy has  vowed to subpoena 51 former intelligence officials who  called Hunter Biden expose (in ‘The Post') Russian disinformation.
