• Go To Recovery,
Wipe Dalvik Cache, System, Data, Vendor, Cache.
• Flash Rom And Magisk 20.3
• Reboots And Wait (8-14 Mins)
• If Not Boots In 14 Mins Than Just Do Force Reboot Than Definitely Boots.

-Go to phone dialer apk setting from top right hand corner and disabled it noise cancellation.
