Requirements:
The following skills/experience will be necessary:
- Experience with successful software implementations in real business applications.
- Clear understanding how software systems work, e.g. how databases are structured, how software systems integrate, how software solutions are engineered - and how all these things affect functionalities of the systems used.
- Ability to quickly learn software systems (e.g. CRM, ERP), their functionalities, features, and limitations, and interpret them in how to implement such a system in a technical solution.
- Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills to do research, articulate ideas in detail, and solve problems.
- Proactivity to come up with solutions and follow their implementation without supervision.
- A solid understanding of effective system design and architecture and good time-management to create solutions quickly and effectively.
- Good verbal and written English to communicate clearly with our international team;

- Experience with CRM/ERP systems, programmable telephony systems and complex solution implementations thereof.
- Experience with highly functional and complex systems.
