PE fund is looking for investment analyst to join Dubai team and develop career in M&A.

The key responsibilities of the Analyst shall include the following:
•Development and analysis of potential equity and mezzanine opportunities;
•Gathering data for company and industry analysis;
•Preparation of financial models and business valuation;
•Drafting of analytical presentations, pitches, preparation of info memos and other
materials;
•Preparation of materials for credit and investment committee;
•Participation in the due diligence process;
•Support for deals analysis and execution;
•Participation in structuring investment deals.

The essential requirements are:
•Bachelor or master degree in corporate finance, economics or mathematics (top-ranked university is preferable);
•3+ years of experience in IB, PE or BIG4 valuation and M&A departments;
•Strong analytical, financial modelling and valuation skills;
•Fluent English and Russian languages;
•Valid Emirates ID.
