Looking for *Events & Tourism Coordinator*

Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to 3,500 AED /month

We are looking a well-organized Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the manager of Tourism & Events company.

You will work on a variety of tasks related to the company’s services by keeping schedules, administrative works and support with tour & events team.

Responsibilities:
• Handle the request/inquiry of tours and travel arrangements for the clients
• Monitoring status of inquiry, doing necessary follow up and providing reports/updates with accuracy
• Managing schedules of the client, manager's business meetings and appointments
• Prepare quotation, invoice and program/schedules for clients/guests
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Proficiency in English

Experience:
• Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant OR Travel Agent OR Tour Agent OR Business Management
