Telegram was updated to version 3.2.3 few days ago. Source code of that version has not been published yet and Plus Messenger can't be updated until that happens. Let's wait :)

IMPORTANT: If you use Plus Themes app on android 6.0 you must enable Storage permission to allow downloading and applying themes. In the app info you can find Permissions option
