這個詞的核心的「揭發」，可以在機構內部或者是對外，比如向大眾、傳媒等等。
而在一個即時通訊群組去交換信息，算不上是「揭發」。
無必要在災難時去樹一個典型。
而且一方面當初又為當局拉人叫好，之後又捧他們作 whistleblowers，不覺得尷尬嗎？
