🔸The Company distributed team are rapidly growing and for the moment they are ~100 people based across Europe and Russia.
Reporting line: Head of Marketing, Head of Product
Role summary:
🔸International Content Manager is responsible for 2 main tasks: creation and supervision of content for the marketing, product, customer care teams and management of the content localization process across different countries.
🔸The role oversees the visual, linguistic, and technical quality of the product, ensuring that all of the tasks remain within the budget and correct local vendors are in the place
Role description:
🔸Understand the brand proposition and establish its voice in style and tonality/Develop and manage all types of marketing-, customer support- and product-related content:
▫️marketing: advertisements and banners, texts for the web-site and landing pages, texts for any audio-visual products for advertising;
▫️product: texts for UI/UX, letters for mailing to clients, system and auto messages for clients in all necessary channels (Intercom, WhatsApp, SMS);
▫️customer support: articles for Help Center and FAQ;
🔸Countries and languages of the content (work with the local partners): Germany - German and English, Italy - Italian and English, France - French and English
🔸Manage all stages of the text content creation and localization ensuring the highest quality and within the deadlines: write technical specifications, search for contractors and supervise their work, choose the most convenient software solution for each type of content, keep the content up to date, organize translation, editing and proofreading of content, lay out the content independently or through the software development team;
🔸Track and distribute the information load on existing customers: frequency, channels and volume of messages to define or adjust the direction of creative writing;
🔸Work with team members to provide end-to-end writing and creative support;
🔸Maintain a clear view on marketing trends and innovation
Candidate:
🔸Higher education in the area of IT/Linguistics/Marketing/Business and management
🔸5+ years of marketing/advertising copywriting experience within inhouse or an agency/ Advertising or marketing background, premium/global brands across finance or other sectors/Experience working for a startup is an advantage/Foreign languages
🔸English – advanced or native. Additional foreign language is a plus/Content creation and localization experience across different countries and languages is a strong advantage.
