🔸Привлекая digital-компетенцию в проекты по запуску и развитию брендов, мы помогаем брендам эволюционировать и адаптироваться к интерактивной реальности, создавать новые digital-продукты и управлять значением бренда в digital-пространстве.
Обязанности:
🔸Налаживать контакт с потенциальными клиентами и создать хорошее впечатление об агентстве
🔸Проводить подробный брифинг и выяснять все аспекты и нюансы задачи клиента
🔸Вместе с рабочей группой сформировывать дизайн проекта — то есть тот набор шагов, этапов, методов, продуктов, которые мы как агентство можем и должны предложить клиенту для выполнения его задач на 5+
🔸Проводить оценку сформированного дизайн-проекта, подготавливать презентацию для клиента
🔸Быть куратором и ответственным лицом в период формирования контракта и урегулирования всех юридических вопросов
Требования:
🔸Знание технологии и техник продаж
🔸Хорошее понимание всех этапов процесса создания сайта (от лендинга до e-commerce)
🔸Хороший уровень английского языка: вы можете провести переговоры на английском языке с иностранным клиентом, вести переписку в почте
🔸Прекрасные коммуникационные навыки: вы умеете найти подход к разным людям, выстроить с ними коммуникацию на их языке и поддерживать дружелюбную атмосферу в любой ситуации
🔸Отличные навыки структурирования материалов и информации
🔸Умение самостоятельно проводить оценку работ и формировать коммерческие сметы
🔸Опыт работы с документами (договоры и приложения на работы, акты, счета) и умение самостоятельно, аккуратно и своевременно формировать их по заданным шаблонам
