We are looking for a strong Backend Python Tech Lead to build and run the backend of our crypto-banking product. This is a hands-on role: you will own key technical decisions, set engineering practices, and help the team deliver safely and fast.

- Excellent ORM skills (efficient queries, avoiding N+1, correct relations, safe migrations).
- Solid experience with API integrations
