Senior Back-End Developer (Python/FastAPI) | Tech Lead

Backend уже работает (FastAPI), и теперь нам нужен сильный Senior разработчик, который возьмёт техническое лидерство: архитектура, команда, стабильность, интеграции и развитие продукта.
🔍 Что предстоит делать
- Стать техническим владельцем backend’а: архитектура, стабильность, развитие функционала.
- Писать и ревьюить код, настраивать CI/CD.
- Руководить небольшой backend-командой (менторство, архитектурные решения).
- Курировать интеграцию внешних сервисов.
- Оптимизировать производительность API, работу с PostgreSQL и Redis.
- Развивать ключевые фичи: провайдеры, турниры, бонусы, платежи, отчёты и др.
- Следить за логами, метриками, ошибками (Sentry) и предотвращать баги до продакшена.
🛠 Текущий стек и инфраструктура
Back-end: Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL (AWS RDS), Redis, Docker, AWS ECS, S3, Sentry, Auth0, SendGrid, Paycos/ExNode
Admin App: React (CRA), хостинг — AWS S3 + CloudFront
User App: Vercel (Next.js), Tailwind, Zustand, альтернативный фронт — AWS Amplify
Инфра: AWS, ENV dev/stage/prod, интеграции с внешними API

- 4–5+ лет опыта в Python backend, 1–2+ года с FastAPI.
- Отличное знание PostgreSQL, Redis, архитектуры REST API.
- Опыт работы с AWS (ECS, RDS, S3, CloudFront).
- Навыки интеграции внешних API, авторизации, платежных шлюзов, микросервисов.
- Умение проводить code review, принимать архитектурные решения.
- Готовность взять проект под своё техническое руководство — от фичи до продакшена.
