A new update OpenMask Beta 0.8.0 is released.

The NFT support was added to the application for easy import, tracking of your asset, and transfer from the user interface.

The wallet uses only public API (toncenter) and pure functions to show the result, with no hidden API or code.

The extension can add TON Proxy to your browser. Please enable proxy in the wallet setting and enjoy ‘.ton’ sites.

For dApp developers, we updated wallet_watchAsset method to offer NFT assets.

TON Proxy Guide #TonProxyGuide

OpenMask allows you to enable TON Proxy on your Chrome browser. 
 
To enable TON Proxy navigate to wallet settings and the general chapter and select one of 3 proxy hosts. You also have an option to disable the proxy.

There are public entry points launched by the TON Foundation. The application will apply proxy only to .ton sites, the rest of your internet connection will not be affected.

TON already has its own search engine - http://searching.ton/. On this resource, you may find different TON Sites.
 
Troubleshooting
 
In case if TON Sites is not working for you:

1. Try to use a different public proxy host, select in1.ton.org, in2.ton.org or in3.ton.org
2. Ping, the proxy hosts to know they are not blocked in your country or by your internet provider and that the latency is suitable: ping in1.ton.org in console and services like this -  https://check-host.net/check-ping?host=in1.ton.org
3.  Disable other VPNs or proxy configurations. Different services also may affect your internet connection.

A new version OpenMask Beta 0.9.2 is released.

The release should be interesting in dApp developers. The ton_deployContract method was added to in page provider.

This method allows deploying any contract to TON such as functional contracts for testing or NFT contracts for rewarding, or Jetton Minter contract.

The cost of contract deployment will be cover by the wallet owner.

The service prepares a tutorial on how to do it. In the tutorial, everyone may deploy and test the functional contract via OpenMask wallet. It'll be easy as just press one, two, and three.

A new version OpenMask Beta 0.10.2 is released.

The release extend ton_sendTransaction methods to pass any payload. DApp may send boc or hex, or base64 cell as a data payload.

The application also allow get public key and wallet version via ton_requestAccount method. You may send parameters { publicKey: true } and get object with public key instead address string.

Telegram username NFTs implement a standard NFT interface and there could be added or tracked, or transferred by OpanMask wallet

A new version OpenMask Beta 0.12.0 is released.

The TON DNS NFTs support was added to the application. TON DNS are not implement the standard NFT interface and required custom integration.

A method ton_requestWallets added to the application, the method is alternative for ton_requestAccount but returns wallets public key and version together with address.

The bug with sending box and hex payload was fixed in ton_sendTransaction method.

Is it secure?

Your secret phrase is stored in your browser's local storage in an encrypted vault. The key to the unencrypted vault is stored in the Authenticator device. For Touch Id key is stored Apple Keyring service, for Yubikey key is stored in the USB device, and for a mobile phone - inside the phone keyring. Authenticator services designed to store secrets.

For an attacker to steal your funds, first he needs to gain full access to your computer to extract the local browser configuration. Second, he needs to hack apple service or have a manual connection with a hummer to Yubikey or phone.

The service allows to create and manage jettons in The Open Network. Everyone may easy mint or burn or transfer a personal jettons. The service is non commercial and open-source.

A new version OpenMask Beta 0.13.1 is released.

This is the minor update to fix jettons decimal value.

Since TON network available in the Orbit Bridge. TON users have an option to transfer and use valuable jettons.

The wallet provide all features to work with any jetton, except auto detect feature, every jetton have to be import manually. You may use different resources such as tonscan.org to find jettons addresses.

Please note Orbit bridge may have a delay up to 20 min to verify transaction from other blockchains.
