It turns out that the roof's slope was less than 10 degrees — hardly cause for concern.
This excuse alone PROVES Kimberly Cheatle's incompetence. She must be fired immediately.
“That building in particular has a sloped roof at its highest point, and so, you know, there’s a safety factor that we considered. We didn’t want to put someone on a sloped roof, so the decision was made to secure the building from the inside.”
