Karim Khan, the chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in The Hague, said in an interview with CNN that he is interested in issuing arrest warrants against Hamas leaders Yahya Sinwar Muhammad Def, and Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu and defense minister Yoav Gallant. The offense: crimes against humanity.
It’s time now for the US Congress to use the whip and threaten the prosecutor with sanctions.
A body that puts Netanyahu and Gallant in the same row next to the abominable murderer Sinwar - is a wretched body. Not that it surprises anyone!

The British Foreign Ministry: "The Hague Tribunal has no jurisdiction in this case, since Israel is not a signatory to the Rome Convention, and the Palestinians are not a state. We oppose the prosecutor's decision."
