据某IDC业者消息：某上游友商近日向三大发送了大量投诉前客户的请求，预计TGIDC近日会出现一波国内劣化潮 目前靴子已落地，已经看到部分友商电信被空路由 该上游友商的第二件奇闻轶事：中国优化客户的路由被发向IX内的内容提供商，造成回源路由被收取高单价
部分友商电信被空路由 指通过大小段路由走CN2-PCCW/NTT拉直去程的操作被电信橄榄（绕路或者直接不通）受NCP故障影响，CMIN2 / CN2 日美方向部分出现丢包/绕路现象。

The CMIN2 NOC response there is an issue on NCP submarine. Their capacity has been impacted due to the submarine issue.
CTGnoc report, partial Tokyo CN2 CTGnet also been detour because NCP failure.
