ይሉኝታ ሰዎች ምን ይሉኛል በሚል ሰበብ የራስን ፍላጎት ገትቶ ሌሎችን ለማስደሰት መጣር ሌሎችን ማስቀደም ማለት ነው ፡፡ ይሉኝታ የሚያጠቃቸው ሰዎች ከሚጠበቅባቸው ኃላፊነት እና ግዴታ በላይ የሌሎችን ጉዳይ ለመፈጸምና ለማስፈጸም ብዙ ርቀት ይጓዛሉ፡፡ ይሉኝታ የራሳቸንን ስራና አጀንዳ ወደ ጎን አድርገን ፤ ፍላጎታችንና እና ምርጫችን ተጭነን ሌሎችን ለማስደሰት የመፈለግ ውጤት፡፡
