उपरोक्त सम्बन्धमा दमक अस्पताल भवन निर्माणको ठेक्का नं DMO /JHAPA /BUILDING /42 /076-77 को भौतिक प्रगति ९०% सकिएको श्रीमानमा अवगतै छ। अस्पताल निर्माण कार्यलाई समयावधि भित्रै निर्माण कार्य गर्न पुरानो भवनको फलामको Ramp हटाई सो ठाउँमा नयाँ बनेको भवनको अगाडि पट्टीको Stairs तथा Ramp बनाउनुपर्ने भएकाले सो फलामे Ramp हटाई दिनुहुन अनुरोध गर्दछु। 


साथै बर्षातको समय नजिकिदै गएकाले Expansion Joint, Ramp तथा Stairs मा Truss, Steel Railing को कार्यको नयाँ ठेक्का सम्झौता भईसकेकाले सो कार्य यथाशक्य चाँडो गराई दिनुहुन अनुरोध गर्दछु। 


अन्यथा बर्षातको समयमा भवन भित्र पानी पसेर निर्माण भईसकेको संरचनामा समेत क्षति पुग्ने कुरा श्रीमान्‌मा अवगत गराउन चाहन्छु।
