Last year, we worked with a client who developed a cutting-edge LLM architecture. It was so innovative that off-the-shelf solutions look pedestrian. It was the kind of project that gets us out of bed in the morning. However, innovation is rarely smooth sailing. Their models encountered a wall with GPU issues — bugs as cryptic as hieroglyphs.

That’s where we stepped in. We didn’t just troubleshoot the problems — we thoroughly examined the setup, addressed the hardware and infrastructure, and resolved the issues that were hindering operations. And it wasn’t just about making things work; it was about bringing their vision to life, ensuring their architecture could scale without compromise.

If you’re wondering how to make AI work for your business, let’s talk.

Join our free webinar where Paul Larsen, our Head of AI, will walk you through exactly how we approach projects like these and show you how to scale AI effectively in your organization: https://mkdev.me/webinars/scaling-ai

Is customer support broken? Sure it is, duh.. With all those useless bots and million clicks... Together with Caolan Melvin we discuss the modern approaches to customer support and how to fix it. We have to consider the context of the times and how modern users prefer to communicate, as well as the revolutionary AI technologies that are either helping or hindering the creation of quality support. We break it down in this new episode of the DevOps Accents podcast.

Also in this episode:

- How to present your startup at an event;
- VoxMail soultions for customer support problems;
- How people interact with different types of customer support options;
- How the size of the company affects its customer support solutions;
- Will humanizing the chatbots help in the future?
- VoxMail mission.

As for the VoxMail, the solution that Caolan is working on, it lets customers leave voice messages straight on your website, which are then transcribed and even translated using AI. This means people can explain their issues or questions more naturally by just talking, and your team gets both the voice recording and a text version to handle it quickly. The name "Vox" comes from the Latin word for "voice", so it's all about giving your customers a way to speak up — literally. Vox Populi! :)
