GenAI won't write your sales for you — not in any way that actually works.

We put GenAI to the test by building a fully automated outbound system. We pulled company data—activities, founding dates, team size, tech stack—then layered in our services, advantages, and ICPs. We fed it all into a language model, and it generated emails. That’s the gist.

It worked. Kind of. The emails were factual and technically personalized—but all sounded the same. Same tone, same rhythm, same confident-sounding nonsense when the model guessed.

That’s the catch: GenAI is only powerful if the system around it is engineered right. Add structure, randomness, logic, and constraints. Without that, you’re just automating mediocrity.

The difference between “we tried GenAI” and “we drive results with it” is smart engineering. We've seen it firsthand.
Think systems, not shortcuts. At mkdev, we’ll show you the difference.
