What do you want out of your cryptocurrency transactions? Here are 3 points which hit the mark as far as we’re concerned:
- Easy to buy and sell
- Quick to send
- Secure
Mira offers a solution that ticks all boxes.
Our product was inspired by the issues we seen as active Bitcoin users. Issues like having to download bulky software, waiting for transaction confirmations, losing money on cryptocurrency exchanges, and having to keep our money in electronic wallets which are controlled by someone else.
We spent a lot of time coming up with the solution and running tests to make sure it was technically viable. Then we brought together a team of experts for the build. Now, we are ready to tell you about Mira.

Mira's flagship product, MiraBox, is a theft-proof container for crypto assets.
It is an encrypted file that contains private and public keys for one or multiple cryptocurrencies and, if necessary, files. After buying coins at MiraLab you can download a password-protected file and keep it on your computer, in a cloud storage or on a USB drive. You can also send it via email or in a messenger.
If you understand how to use regular files, you will be able to use Mira for buying, holding and sending cryptocurrencies. MiraBox: box clever.

To provide round-the-clock, cross-device access to our service, we created Miralab.io, MiraWallet Desktop&Mobile. These let you buy and sell MiraBoxes, check their contents and shift currencies between them. With these applications you can also connect to cloud storage and check your balance- just like regular wallets.
The main difference from our wallet, however, is that your money and passwords are not stored in the app or on our servers. Instead, it's secured in the MiraBox and allows you full control.

The first thing we think of when using cryptocurrencies is how to protect our savings and transactions. Here’s Mira’s solution:
- storing the MiraBox off-chain;
- not keeping passwords on Mira servers;
- using blockchain to validate identity and make a record when the MiraBox container is opened.
Each MiraBox has a two-step protection with a password and a key. Beyond that, with our user-friendly smart contracts constructor it is possible to set opening conditions for a specific person, time or event.

MiraNet is Mira’s etherium blockchain where all major data is stored. It validates MiraBox unpacking and powers smart contracts. Mira token holders will be able to run the network nodes and get remuneration, which will be distributed equally between them from a 10% reserved from the service’s total revenue.
There are 2 types of MiraBox: a public one reveals the amount and cryptocurrency type, when uploaded to miralab.io or MiraWallet, and a private MiraBox, in which all information is encrypted. Just the owner knows what’s inside. Blockchain guarantees that the part, containing private addresses in each MiraBox, can only be opened once.
Mira’s NominalBox is an easy, quick and economic way of buying cryptocurrencies with fiat money. You go to miralab.io, chose a MiraBox with a preset amount of the currency you need, and Mira does the rest. It’s that simple.
3 things that provide complete identity protection for Mira’s users:
- A MiraBox does not contain information about its creator;
- Buying or selling a MiraBox doesn’t require creation of an account;
- There is no way to see the contents of a closed MiraBox. MiraNet blockchain only has information on the unpacking status and the box’s ID.
