The channels should all be coming back now.
We are aware some people are having tv guide issues. We are limited with staff today but will work on getting it back running.
VOD will buffer tonight but will be back working flawlessly tomorrow. Happy holidays.
Downtime will be really short.
We added an adult VOD section. If you have the adult channels, please use caution opening the VOD side if you have an app that shows recently added as it will be all of those movies.
If your app opens but doesn’t play any channels:

Clear the data on the app and then log in again.

From the main menu of the firestick, go to:

Settings-Applications-Manage Installed Applications-Name of App- Clear Data (click twice)
Series are being updated to include more accurate descriptions. They should be updated by tomorrow morning. Refresh your content to see the update.

The service should be stable again. We will continue to monitor it.

There seems to be an issue with XC apps. If your app is crashing, try downloading a Smarters app to use the service until XC finds out the issue.
We are looking into the issue. It will be back up shortly.
A lot of servers, including others, went down, including suppliers so even though we are up, we have to wait on the suppliers to be back up and running as well.
We are working on restoring the epg.
The epg issue has been resolved. Anyone who use to have a problem with their app should not have an issue anymore. Thank you for your patience.
