Open the Smart Home Manager app.
Go to settings.
Select My Account
Select AT&T ActiveArmor
Cancel service.

Some servers are down. We are working to get them back online.

We are aware of the issue. We are working on a fix.

Until one of the suppliers can get their servers back online, a lot of channels will be down which will cause our main server to overload. We apologize for this inconvenience.

The supplier is still having issues which are now causing buffering. We will try to put something in place for the playoff games.

The supplier has gotten a few channels to play better. They are still working to stop the buffering on the other channels. Thank you for your patience.

I have new suppliers so I will be changing out some of the channels to get past the buffering. It will take some time to do them all.

Most channels should be back to normal now.
