We recently identified and fixed an error in how affiliate commission was calculated. In some cases, the "pending offset" mistakenly included bonus-funded play that should not have counted. As a result, some affiliates' available commission appeared lower than it should have — or was blocked from withdrawal — when it should not have been.

We have now corrected the calculation and adjusted every affected account. Your commission balance is accurate again, and any amount that was wrongly held back has been restored and is available to withdraw.

Recientemente detectamos y corregimos un error en el cálculo de las comisiones de afiliados. En algunos casos, el "pending offset" (saldo pendiente de compensación) incluía por error el juego financiado con bonos, que no debía contar.
