🇺🇸 Gang hit in broad daylight ... 2 shot on southside of #Chicago with baby in backseat (Around 1:25 p.m. February 4 in the 7900 block of South May Street)

A 26-year-old female victim and a 27-year-old male victim were inside a vehicle when they were struck by gunfire. The woman who was shot has succumbed to her injuries. The male victim was struck in the buttocks and arm and is in stable condition. A baby seated in the back was not injured.

The suspects remain at large as authorities continue to investigate. Early reports indicate at least 50 shots fired.

🇺🇸 Flagstaff, #Arizona. A DPS helicopter responding to an officer-involved shooting crashed Wednesday night, killing the pilot and the trooper/paramedic onboard.

DPS hasn’t released identities. The suspect, who exchanged gunfire with police officers several times, was shot (non-fatal) and is in custody.

🇮🇪 #Ireland. A bus crash in central Dublin left one person dead and three seriously injured after an out-of-service Bus Eireann vehicle veered into a pedestrian zone. A male pedestrian was found deceased underneath the bus. The bus driver and 2 others were rushed to hospital with injuries.

Bus Eireann said the bus was not in service at the time.

🇺🇸 Teen airlifted to ICU after another child set him on fire near Ocala, #Florida (second-degree burns to his right hand, bottom and right leg; "deep full thickness burn" to his lower right leg, lower left leg and left thigh)

Bradey Ming, 17, faces felony charges for pouring gasoline on a bonfire, creating a trail that led to the victim, and causing the victim to catch fire.

The victim initially told his parents the burns were caused by a water bottle filled with gasoline erupting in the fire. However, the boy's father found video of the incident and immediately contacted the sheriff's office.
