❗️Not being an outsourcer in the usual sense of the word, we specialize in creating niche software for large international banks and investment funds.

❗️We are seeking a Java tech lead 7-8+ years of experience to join our team. This is an existing team owning a few core components (integration services) used for building the vast majority of Java apps inside the organization. It’s mostly about entitlements and authentication (but not limited to).

🎯 What we need from you:
- guiding and mentoring your team members;
- improving services (yes, there is some tech debt there. Sad but true) and further development;
- vulnerability management for owned components and its dependencies;
- helping other dev team to properly utilize your services and be open for their feedback and
contribution.

🎯 Position requires strong experience in/with:
● Java Core (11/17) + multithreading
● Spring Boot 2.7+
● Security frameworks & protocols: Spring Security, OAuth2, JWT
● Experience with containerized applications

🎯 Nice to have:
● Okta authentication;
● Apache Avro;
● familiarity with AWS.

🎯 In addition, the role requires:
● experience in managing opensource-like services development (accepting contribution from
other teams);
● strong communication and interpersonal skills;
● Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Проект: продуктовая команда logistics.
Занимаемся всем, что связано с доставкой и складскими операциями.

Стек: Java >=11, Spring (Boot: Web, Cloud, Data, Test), PostgreSQL, Hibernate, Kafka, Camunda BPM, ELK, Gitlab CI, Docker/Kubernetes

📌 Требования к практическому опыту:
- Коммерческая разработка на Java от 3-х лет и Spring (boot, core, web, data, test)
- Микросервисы (обязательно на последнем месте работы)
- Хорошие знания и практический опыт с Camunda
- Хорошие знания и практический опыт с Kafka
- Реляционные БД (желательно PostgreSQL), JPA (hibernate);
- Понимание принципов работы Docker/Kubernetes
- Понимание, что такое CI/CD;

📌 Чем предстоит заниматься:
- Поддерживать и развивать существующий, разрабатывать новый функционал
- Писать код и unit-тесты к нему.
TDD приветствуется.
- Выполнять рефакторинг
- Устранять ошибки и проблемы производительности
- Оптимизировать существующие процессы
- Принимать участие в проработке технических решений.
- Разрабатывать API и потоки данных.
- Заниматься постановкой и документированием технических задач.
- Принимать участие в жизни команды
- Проводить code review
- Участвовать в планировании и выпуске задач.
- Помогать коллегам в разборе дефектов и инцидентов
