The Michigan SoS Jocelyn Benson announced last week that Dominion Voting Machines has a Nationwide “Programming Error” —— and now, She wants Dominion to “Fix” It Remotely

A Township Clerk and her Deputy have filed an EMERGENCY MOTION (Olson v Benson) calling for a court injunction to stop those from happening.

Why?

Because this software “fix” that would nullify the EAC's Logic and Accuracy certifications of Dominion machines prior to Election Day.

Since Logic and Accuracy tests have already taken place, any last-minute changes to the machines would render Election Assistance Commission (EAC) certification null and void.

Although the issue lies with the Dominion VATs, they are on the Dominion network, so any software changes to the VATs could also affect/infect the overall voting system. Clerk Olson and Deputy Clerk Lake are calling for a hand count of ballots instead.

• This is the same woman with election authority in a state to have been found to have 500,000 More Registered Voters than There are People Old Enough to Vote

• This is the same woman who threatened local level officials that if they don’t certify a rigged election….

• This is the same woman who refused to take RFK JR’s name off the ballot in Michigan
