The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals just Ruled Mississippi was violating federal law by counting mail ballots that arrive AFTER Election Day

BUT… this has no immediate effect on the coming election.

INSTEAD, and this is very good news, because it’s one of the highest courts in the nation, it sets a MAJOR precedent that can be applied in every state that accepts late-arriving ballots past the election.
—— this could potentially land in SCOTUS’s lap, which I believe they’ll make the right decision.

But this is why I think this is a very good thing…

Trump has an army of lawyers on standby. This precedent gives major STANDING for any legal challenges that may be brought against the 20+ states that allow ballots AFTER the election.
