Now, when you install suspicious APK you will see an updated window with rounded corners, Google Sans font and Material You design with dynamic colors.

Pixel 7 owners start receiving a free VPN by Google One.

As promised at the presentation, Google is starting to give Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro owners access to a free VPN by Google One. To enable it, open the Google One app, open the "Benefits" tab, on the VPN Protection for multiple devices card click View Details and Enable VPN.

VPN by Google One will be available for free for the entire five-year support period of the Pixel 7 and 7 Pro. This VPN does not provide access to blocked sites, but is only meant to protect your traffic and hide your IP address.

Google has released the Glass Enterprise Companion app, exclusive to the Pixel 5 and newer.

The app is designed to configure Glass Enterprise Edition 2 devices with the ability to: share Wi-Fi networks, set time zones, set the Glass system language, and adjust brightness and volume.

In addition, applications integrated into Glass Enterprise can be managed using this app. As early access, users have access to:

• Language - Enabling transcription and translation between multiple languages.
• Google Tasks - Integration with Google Tasks to show users’ task lists and engage in reading, completing and updating tasks.
• Enterprise Camera - Capability to take photos and videos and save directly to the paired phone.

YouTube Music released Recap 2022 with story-like statistics and integration with Google Photos.

In the format of stories, the music service summarizes your year in music, collecting your favorite tracks, music type, and more. It is located under the "Watch Now" button.

You're also encouraged to link your favorite tracks to pictures from Google Photos. When you open the Recap 2022 page, you will see the corresponding card.

Google Files and Nearby Share are strengthening the integration.

First, Google Files has changed the icon and name of the "Share" tab, now called Nearby Share. But its essence remains the same, since it already used Nearby Share.

Second, Google is experimenting with adding a "Send" shortcut with the Google Files icon to the Nearby Share bottom sheet when called from the QS tile. Clicking on it opens the Google Files app, where you are prompted to select files to send.
