I love it when russians try to play mummy's manipulators. And now I'm going to prove it. On pebbles.

In the given statement of boyarin of all Russia (deputy minister) there is a stupid pack of manipulative receptions which influence perception of the information by audience.

For example, such a concept is used as a false dichotomy (false dilemma). The statement offers only two options for solving the problem:

either increasing tariffs by 2-3 times or reducing electricity consumption.

In reality, there may be other options - optimisation of energy sector management, reduction of corruption, attraction of more efficient investors or introduction of energy efficient technologies. But the Russian people are being offered two "alternative" scenarios, both of which are negative

Therefore, the peasant will be happy to "choose" the lesser evil and drown against those who ask a lot of "unnecessary" questions.

What follows is pure Orwellian or shifting responsibility to the consumer. The responsibility for the financial sustainability of the energy industry is placed on the villeins: either they pay more or reduce their consumption. Issues of management efficiency, corruption in the industry, public investment and subsidies are left out of the picture - fuck it, it's all gay.

Then the Goebbelsyatin continues and the katsap uses such a manipulative technique as appeal to inevitability. The wording "In order for investments to pay off, we will have to..." gives the impression that there are no other solutions and cannot be. Well, and the fact that the return on investment depends on many factors (project efficiency, transparency of procurement, technology, level of state subsidies, etc.), the peasants do not need to be told (they won't fucking understand). Therefore, everything is presented as an "inevitable" reality.

And I am not talking about the fact that the text has an emotional context. The use of the phrase "the era of cheap electricity is over" appeals to emotional perception, deliberately evoking a sense of loss and anxiety among citizens. Such wording generalises the situation and creates a feeling of catastrophic, without giving specific data and reasons why it happened and who is to blame (well, not the boyars, right - it happened somehow).

Manipulation with a lack of specifics and figures. The statement stupidly lacks data on the volume of investments, the current state of the power industry and the real reasons for the need to raise tariffs. Because it is easy to calculate the figures and double-check their reliability. That's why everything is done without figures - it allows to create any convenient explanation, leaving the audience without the opportunity for critical analysis.

The bottom line is that the grabchka statement uses:

false choice (illusion of choice);

appeal to inevitability;

shifting responsibility to the consumer;

an emotional message to justify potential tariff increases or reductions in electricity consumption;

plus deliberately does not provide any arguments that can be verified (the boss said = so it's true);

plus no one is named as the guilty party - it all worked out that way somehow, yeah;

Epilogue or why so many letters. In order to clearly understand that typical manipulative rhetoric is used to prepare the Russian people for unpopular measures and to minimise criticism of the boyars (authorities and managers of the rf industry):

the decision has already been made, the villeins will not decide anything and I cannot participate in making such decisions (it is not in the order of mortals to get involved in matters of national importance

В приведённом заявлении боярина всея русни (замминистра) присутствует тупо пачка манипулятивных приёмов, которые влияют на восприятие информации аудиторией.

Например, используется такое понятие наблюдается ложная дихотомия (ложная дилемма). Заявление предлагает типа только два варианта решения проблемы:

либо повышение тарифов в 2–3 раза, либо сокращение потребления электроэнергии.

В реальности же могут существовать и другие варианты - оптимизация управления энергетическим сектором, сокращение коррупции, привлечение более эффективных инвесторов или внедрение энергоэффективных технологий. Но росбыдлу впаривают тупо два «безальтернативных» сценария, оба из которых негативны

Поэтому холоп будет рад «выбрать» меньшее зло и топить против тех, кто задают много «лишних» вопросов

Далее идет чистый Оруэлл или же перекладывание ответственности на потребителя. Ответственность за финансовую устойчивость энергетической отрасли возлагается на холопов: либо они платят больше, либо сокращают своё потребление. Вопросы эффективности управления, коррупции в отрасли, государственные инвестиции и субсидии остаются за кадром - нахуй, это все гейское.

Далее геббельсятина продолжается и кацап использует такой манипулятивный прием как апелляция к неизбежности. Формулировка «Чтобы инвестиции окупились, придётся…» создаёт впечатление, что других решений нет и быть не может. Ну, а о том шо окупаемость инвестиций зависит от множества факторов (эффективность проектов, прозрачности закупок, технологий, уровня госдотаций и т д), холопам говорить не нужно (один хуй не поймут). Поэтому подаётся все как «неизбежная» реальность.

И это я молчу о том, шо в тексте присутствует эмоциональный контекст. Использование фразы «эра дешёвой электроэнергии завершилась» апеллирует к эмоциональному восприятию, специально вызывая чувство утраты и тревоги у граждан. Подобная формулировка обобщает ситуацию и создаёт ощущение катастрофичности, не называя конкретных данных и причин того, почему так случилось и кто виноват (ну не бояре же, ага - оно само как-то случилось)

Манипуляция с недостатком конкретики и цифр. В заявлении тупо нету данных про объёмы инвестиций, текущем состоянии электроэнергетики и реальных причинах необходимости повышения тарифов. Ибо цифры легко посчитать и перепроверить их достоверность. Поэтому все делается без цифр - это позволяет создавать любое удобное для объяснение, оставляя аудиторию без возможности для критического анализа.

В итоге заявление грабчка использует:

ложный выбор (иллюзию выбора);

апелляцию к неизбежности;

перекладывание ответственности на потребителя;

эмоциональный посыл, чтобы оправдать потенциальное повышение тарифов или сокращение потребления электроэнергии;

плюс осознанно не предоставляет никаких аргументов, которые можно проверить (барин сказал = значит правда);

плюс не указан никто в качестве виновного - оно само как-то так все получилось, ага;

Эпилог или зачем так много и букв. Для того, чтобы четко понимать шо типичная манипулятивная риторика используется тупо для подготовки росбыдла к непопулярным мерам и минимизировать критику в адрес бояр (властей и управленцев отрасли рф):

решение уже принято, холопы ничего не решат и не могу участвовать в принятии подобных решений (не по чину смердам в дела государственной важности влезать

Orban starts and loses. Dedicated to an old geopolitician

I re-read the Bloomberg article about Orban's rival in the next election. I have drawn my own conclusions

First, I offer the article in translation, in full, and then we will come to what we have in the end

"Hungary's most popular politician, Péter Magyar, has a plan to get his country out of the economic crisis: defeat Prime Minister Viktor Orban in the next election, bring home frozen European Union funds and lead the country towards the introduction of the euro.

It came in second with 30% of the EU vote and now has 47% of undecided voters, 11 points ahead of Fidesz in the latest poll conducted by Median.

The government has responded to these polls by saying that its goal is "to win elections, not opinion polls".

Amidst the recession, Magyar declared the need for a fresh start after several years of failing to meet budget and economic growth targets. This has pushed the government to rely on unpredictable taxes, some of which are targeted at foreign investors, to plug budget holes.

Market confidence
"A new government with a more predictable economic policy will be able to regain market confidence if it doesn't change laws on a daily basis and try to punish foreign investors," Magyar said. "After that, the country's risk premium will fall, and the public debt can be refinanced at a much cheaper level."

This would be key to funding Magyar's plan to inject more funds into long-neglected areas such as healthcare and education, promises that resonated with voters.

One of the most important areas where Magyar diverges from Orban is the introduction of the euro. According to Magyar, the common currency will provide additional stability for the economy and markets, although the specific date of introduction and the exchange rate for the forint are yet to be agreed.

"We want to have a predictable exchange rate for the forint, and we would like to have a date for joining the eurozone," Magyar said.
