Well, this is different. Season 7 of Fortnite OG kicked off in December with a new OG pass--but unlike previous OG passes, half of this one was time-gated until January 9. The back half of the OG finally out now, and it turns out that Epic was just holding back additional styles for the skins in the first half of the pass. Sorry, everybody who got their hopes up (like we did) that a secret Ice King remix was coming. The Season 7 OG pass includes three remixes of skins from the Chapter 1 Season 7 battle pass--Voidwalker Lynx is unlocked instantly with a purchase of the pass, and you can earn Lt. Winter and Wonder Onesie by leveling up. Wonder Onesie has the most customization options of any OG pass skin thus far, as you can decorate her with any of the sprays or emoticons you have in your locker.Notably missing are the Ice King, who was Season 7's hero, and the Prisoner, who served as the season baddie. Midway through the original Season 7, the Ice King projected a gigantic magical phantom of himself standing over the island, and then unleashed a blizzard that coated the island in snow for several weeks. Presuming Fortnite OG will do that event again the way it has all the other Chapter 1 live events, it would make a lot of sense for a new Ice King skin to be on one of those hidden pages. Each of the three skins available in the Season 7 OG pass comes with a back bling, a pickaxe, a weapon wrap, a glider, and an emote. The pass costs 1,000 V-Bucks, and access to the pass is included while players are subscribed to Fortnite Crew, which costs $12 per month. Scroll on to see what you can unlock on the Season 7 OG pass.

Sims Team Says "Values Are Unchanged" Ahead Of Potential Saudi EA Deal
https://www.gamespot.com/articles/sims-team-says-values-are-unchanged-ahead-of-potential-saudi-ea-deal/1100-6537303/?ftag=CAD-01-10abi2f

Electronic Arts' $55 billion deal (https://www.gamespot.com/articles/ea-goes-private-in-55-billion-deal-from-saudi-arabia-jared-kushners-company-and-others/1100-6535078/) to sell itself to Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund, Jared Kushner's Affinity Partners, and the private equity firm Silver Lake still has to receive regulatory approval before it's finalized. However, some Sims fans and creators have been concerned about how Saudi Arabi's potential control (https://www.gamespot.com/articles/majority-control-of-ea-could-shift-to-saudi-arabias-public-investment-fund-report/1100-6536660/) over the company will affect the inclusive nature of the experience. To alleviate those concerns, the developers behind The Sims franchise wants players to know their core values haven't been changed by this deal."The values of The Sims are unchanged," reads the statement on the franchise's official page (https://www.ea.com/games/the-sims/the-sims-4/news/future-of-the-sims). "Our Sims team's creative control, guided by our values of inclusivity, choice, creativity, community, and play, has not changed. These values inspire the decisions we make each and every day as we plan for today, tomorrow, and the future."Given Saudi Arabi's history of human rights abuses, the worried reactions from The Sims community appear to be understandable. Senators Richard Blumenthal and Elizabeth Warren have both raised their concerns about "foreign influence" on EA (https://www.gamespot.com/articles/eas-saudi-deal-draws-scrutiny-from-us-senators-over-foreign-influence/1100-6535453/) if the deal goes through. Subsequently, EA has asserted that it will retain creative control (https://www.gamespot.com/articles/ea-acknowledges-risk-of-selling-to-saudi-arabia-claims-it-will-retain-creative-control/1100-6535894/) of the company following the sale.Continue Reading at GameSpot (https://www.gamespot.com/articles/sims-team-says-values-are-unchanged-ahead-of-potential-saudi-ea-deal/1100-6537303/?ftag=CAD-01-10abi2f/)

How To Get Into The Arc Raiders Locked Gate On Blue Gate

Various map events in Arc Raiders (https://www.gamespot.com/games/arc-raiders/) provide unique challenges for players to tackle, including those with built-in requirements for accessing some extra good items. One of these is the Locked Gate event on Blue Gate, which tasks the lobby with finding four codes to unlock a massive gate housing underground tunnels full of loot. Like Spaceport's Hidden Bunker event (https://www.gamespot.com/articles/how-to-get-into-the-arc-raiders-hidden-bunker-on-spaceport/1100-6536072/), this one will take some exploration and time to unlock, so let's dive into how it all works.Table of Contents [hide (https://www.gamespot.com/)]How to open the locked gate on Blue Gate (https://www.gamespot.com/)How to open the locked gate on Blue GateTo open the locked gate during the Locked Gate event, players in the lobby must find four security codes in four specific places on the Blue Gate map. There is one security code in each of the following POIs:Ancient Fort (https://www.gamespot.com/articles/arc-raiders-ancient-fort-guide-all-battery-locations/1100-6536367/)Pilgrim's PeakRaider's RefugeReinforced Reception
You need to find the security codes at these locations.Once you arrive at one of these POIs, loot every container there until you or another player finds that location's code, then move to the next POI. Do your best to work together with other players in the lobby to prevent unnecessary overlap--meaning that if you see someone else, always ask if they've found one of the codes, or offer to split up and find codes at different POIs to keep things moving efficiently.Continue Reading at GameSpot (https://www.gamespot.com/articles/how-to-get-into-the-arc-raiders-locked-gate-on-blue-gate/1100-6537307/?ftag=CAD-01-10abi2f/)
