Somewhat schizoid personality married to a Belarusian women which of 2020 were arrested in her country for unknown reasons (probably involved in her husband illegal business).
Was arrested in 2021 and charged with posession of multiple illegal firearms and "thousands" of rounds of ammunition.
Seems to be still in jail, and police say they fear he is part of a larger network that could pose a threath.
At the same time, has established various projects to collect money for military equipment to Ukraine and Norwegian mercs that are fighting against Russia.
In a comment on a Youtube-video by Swedish merc Christopher Radecky he give the impression that he has been fighting in Ukraine,
but provide nothing to back this up.

Светослав Славков, 17.09.1992, был фанатом-ультрас футбольного клуба «Левски». Придерживался агрессивных ультраправых и антикоммунистических взглядов.
Осенью 2023 числился в составе Интернационального легиона, однако ему не понравилось качество выданной амуниции (считается, что наёмники могут позволить купить всё сами).
В ноябре Славков перешёл в 40-й отлельный стрелковый батальон «КОДАК». Прошёл месячный курс подготовки, по итогам которого не получил никаких навыков.
Несмотря на это, с 24.12.2023 решил испытать удачу на купянском направлении.
Через неделю был ликвидирован российской армией.
Сообщалось, что Славков был в составе группы из примерно 20 боевиков, попавшей в окружение. В ходе боя были убиты он и ещё, как минимум, 3 боевика.

Svetoslav Slavkov, born on 17.09.1992, was an ultras fan of the Levski soccer club. He held aggressive far-right and anti-communist views.
Slavkov joined the International Legion in the fall of 2023, but wasn’t satisfied with the quality of the ammunition he was given (imercenaries are expected to be able to buy everything themselves).
In November 2023, Slavkov joined the 40th KODAK Rifle Battalion. He underwent a one-month training course, which resulted in him not receiving any skills.
Despite this, from 24.12.2023 he decided to try his luck in the Kupyansk direction.
A week later he was liquidated by the Russian army.
It was reported that Slavkov was part of a group of about 20 militants which got surrounded. He and at least 3 other fighters were killed in the battle.

Butusin, 02.01.1971, callsign Fascist, father of 12 children
He built an altar at home, on which he put Orthodox icons and portraits of Adolf Hitler. In 2007 he put up flyers calling to kill Jews and Chinese. He was fined.
Oleg suffered from paranoia and claimed to be on a federal wanted list, but was not pursued by the police.
In 2008 he moved near Mozhaisk (Moscow region), and ran a farm.
On 28.05.2013 Oleg's car was stopped by traffic police officers. He was asked to show his passport, Butusin opened fire at them, wounding one officer, and then fled. He hid for 2 months in the forests, then illegally crossed the border to Ukraine through the fields.
Butusin joined the Right Sector* and since 2014 has been fighting against the people of Donetsk. He is linked to the RDK. In 2022 he sent his three sons to fight against Russia, and his wife - to the terroitorial defense unit. Two of his sons, Roman and Leonid, were liquidated.

Just over 2 months ago, a day after Being captured, Georgian POW Giorgi Chubitidze said that two French mercenaries from The International Legion 2d Batallion had shot a civilian who let them in his house. Full testimony here.
Today known French bandit mercenary Dylan Mordant, alias Djo Gravedigger, identifies himself as one of the shooters.
He said today on Tik Tok, about Giorgi Chubitidze
[...] is a Georgian volunteer who fights in the International Legion, who was in my battalion, with whom we went on a mission [...] I absolutely do not blame him for what he may have said, he is under duress [...] One can make him say anything [...]
Chubitidze never mentioned their names but Mordant needed to Defend himself. That's not what an innocent person does.
We wonder who was the second French mercenary that was with Mordant then. Was it Charles Roussel who was hanging out with Mordant?
