Health factor больше 1 — лучше, это значит, что риск низкий.

If you want to start farming on the Farmix.tg platform, here are the main steps to help you understand how it works.

What is leveraged farming?

When you farm on Farmix.tg, you use leverage — it's like a loan that increases your potential earnings. For example, if farming the NOT/USDT pair on Stonfi gives you a 35% return, on Farmix.tg, with leverage, the same farming can bring you 50% or more.

How to start farming on Farmix?

1️⃣ Go to the Farmers tab on the platform.

2️⃣ Choose the pool that interests you. Pools are sets of cryptocurrencies you’ll provide for farming.

Which pools to choose?

Each pair (e.g., TON/USDT) has two pools:

TON/USDT — This is a pool where TON is the credit asset.
USDT/TON — This is the opposite, where USDT is the credit asset.
How to choose the pool?
It depends on how you think the price of the cryptocurrencies will change:

If you believe TON will increase in value, it’s better to choose the USDT/TON pool. This way, you'll not only earn farming rewards but also profit from the increase in TON's price.

If you believe TON will decrease in value, choose the TON/USDT pool. In this case, when you close your position, you'll return TON, which has become cheaper.

In the near future, we will improve this part of the interface to make it easier for you to open farms.

❗️ Important to remember:
When opening a leveraged farm, always pay attention to the health factor. This is an indicator of how safe your position is on the platform. The higher this factor, the lower the risk of liquidation.

A health factor close to 1 means the liquidation risk is high.
A health factor greater than 1 is better, meaning the risk is lower.

☺️ Как считается APR в lending пулах?

Многие задаются вопросом в TON каналах: "Почему такой низкий APR в lending pools на farmix.tg?"

Ответ прост:

APR в lending пулах в Farmix зависит от utilization rate (UR) — уровня использования пула в фермах. Чем выше UR, тем выше APR.

На данный момент мы работаем с фермами v1 Stonfi, где нет бустов, и доходность ниже, чем в фермах v2, поэтому утилизация низкая. Но уже через пару недель мы интегрируем фермы v2, что повысит доходность.

🔹 Почему APR может быть низким?
При низком UR ставки для заимствования (borrow fee) тоже остаются низкими. Например, сейчас borrow fee составляет около 7%.
- При UR 30% borrow fee составил бы 12,3%, а APR пула — 2,6.
- При UR 70% borrow fee — 36,35%, а APR пула —18%.

То есть, чем выше UR, тем дороже кредиты, но и тем выше APR в пулах.

Интеграция пулов v2 — это лишь одно из множества обновлений, которые мы готовим для улучшения фермерского опыта.

☺️ How is APR calculated in lending pools?

Many people in TON channels ask: "Why is the APR so low in the lending pools on farmix.tg?"

The answer is simple:

APR in Farmix lending pools depends on the utilization rate (UR) — the level of pool usage in farms. The higher the UR, the higher the APR.

Currently, we are working with v1 Stonfi farms, which don't have boosts, so the yields are lower compared to v2 farms. That's why utilization rate is low, but in a couple of weeks, we will integrate v2 farms, which will increase yields.

🔹 Why might the APR be low?
With a low UR, the borrowing rates (borrow fee) also remain low. For example, right now the borrow fee is around 7%.
- With UR 30%, the borrow fee would be 12.3%, and the pool APR would be 2.6%.
- With UR 70% the borrow fee would be 36.35%, and the pool APR would be 18%.

So, the higher the UR, the more expensive the loans, but also the higher the APR in the pools.

The integration of v2 pools is just one of many updates we're working on to improve the farming experience.
