Such places were adorned with these older bells because they were never idol places of worship, but the healing centers of the old world

This sounds kind of weird and like it wouldnโt work, however Iโve been doing it for years and feel the difference immediately.
For those that donโt have a patch of grass to walk to on to ground themselves or during the winter:

Aligning with the Energies of the Earth
We are meant to be very connected to the Earth and to draw the Earthโs energies up into our bodies. For this to happen, the polarities of the body must align with the polarities of the Earth. Think of two magnets. If they are not in the proper alignment, they repel one another. If they are aligned, they attract one another and exchange energies.
At the bottom of each foot is an energy vortex that pulls energy in from the Earth. Our feet can attune us to the rhythms of the Earth and sometimes the connection between the feet and the Earth is blocked.
