If you enter the right combination, the lock will open and give access to the contents. It is said to be an invention of the Seljuk Turks in the 12th century. And it belongs to the mechanic-inventor Abu al-Iz ibn Ismail ibn al-Razzazz al-Jazari.

Aligning with the Energies of the Earth

We are meant to be very connected to the Earth and to draw the Earth’s energies up into our bodies. For this to happen, the polarities of the body must align with the polarities of the Earth. Think of two magnets. If they are not in the proper alignment, they repel one another. If they are aligned, they attract one another and exchange energies.

At the bottom of each foot is an energy vortex that pulls energy in from the Earth. Our feet can attune us to the rhythms of the Earth and sometimes the connection between the feet and the Earth is blocked.
