In the explanation of the initiative, Cvijanović emphasized that since the beginning of his second term, Trump, through his diplomatic engagement and personal authority, has achieved results that have left a significant mark on international relations and significantly contributed to the stabilization of numerous global crises, reports.

"Appreciating his efforts and achievements in the field of peace, I consider it justified and deserved that the Presidency of BiH make a decision to propose H.E. President Donald J. Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize," the initiative of the Serb member of the Presidency states.
