1) Travel lanes will be set up with Germany and Brunei with Singapore.

Fully vaccinated travellers will not have to serve a stay-home notice but they will be subject to a "rigorous testing regime".

2) Border restrictions for travellers will also be eased if they are coming from from Hong Kong and Macao.

Visitors from these places can apply for the Air Travel Pass and take a COVID-19 test on their arrival in lieu of a stay-home notice.

They will also be eligible for vaccination-differentiated safe management measures.

This is due to different Covid-19 strategies. Hong Kong is tightening travel measures and Singapore is relaxing them.

BREAKING: 2 explosions near Kabul airport in Afghanistan left more than 100 dead, including at least 13 U.S. service members and 90 Afghans.
