People need to be encouraged. People need to be reminded of how wonderful they are. People need to be believed in - told they are brave, and smart, and capable of accomplishing all the dreams they dream - and more. Remind each other of this.💫❤️

It takes a lot to be kind. You were fed a lot of fairy tales and fables growing up only to realise they don’t apply in real life. You try to be good, yet bad things still happen. Some days, you walk around with your insides feeling dead cold and the last thing you want to do is smile.
But nobody ever said it was going to be easy.

It takes extreme courage and strength and effort to be compassionate. It makes you vulnerable, and the worst thing is you might not even get rewarded for it.

It is never easy. So if today you were kind even though you felt torn up on the inside, you are wonderful and you deserve to be celebrated.
This is the real secret of life — to be completely engaged with what you are doing in the here and now. And instead of calling it work, realize it is play.

To be fully alive, fully human, and completely awake is to be continually thrown out of the nest. To live fully is to be always in no-man's-land, to experience each moment as completely new and fresh. To live is to be willing to die over and over again.
