We all carry emotional wounds from life, and the subconscious mind remembers everything. Taking self-responsibility and ownership for how we choose to handle life now as adults, that is 100% our choice to make, if we don´t consciously make this choice, then we will still live as victims of our past.

You are the parent of your that younger you, the inner child within. Only you can give that little you the love, care, and affection that he/she yearns for. No one else. You are the one.

There is no running away from this. It is time now to step up and show up for your younger self, your present self, and your future self.
